Coming up we have a lightweight kickboxing rules bout between Jin Kazama (ranked 23308 p4p, 509 weight class) and Chicken Destroyer (ranked 3578 p4p, 351 weight class). Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the ring.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 6 - 4 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Jin Kazama!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 10 - 7 - 0, fighting out of St Petersburg, Chicken Destroyer!
The judges for this bout are Shigeki Sano, Tatsuya Matsuyama and Ren Mimura.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Destroyer stumbles momentarily as he takes a strong leg kick from Kazama.
Kazama scores to the head and body with a nice combination!
Kazama thows a leg kick but Destroyer checks it
and Destroyer counters with a nice body kick.
Kazama throws a half hearted mid kick.
Kazama takes a solid shot to the body. That one hurt him but he's trying not to show it.
Kazama throws a leg kick but Destroyer sees it coming and checks it nicely.
Kazama scores with a jab to the jaw of his opponent.
Kazama throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.
Destroyer moves out of range of the body kick.
Destroyer throws out a counter right but Kazama avoids it with no problem.
Kazama lands a leg kick and bounces back out of range.
Kazama misses with a straight left.
And an attempted straight right on the counter from Destroyer! But no joy.
A jab from Kazama misses.
Kazama moves out of the way of the counter high kick fromDestroyer.
Kazama motions for Destroyer to come forward. Kazama throws a leg kick but it misses it's target.

That's one minute gone in the round.
Kazama throws a leg kick but Destroyer sees it coming and checks it nicely.
Kazama backing away here, and Destroyer unleashes a leg kick that just misses.
Kazama fakes with a right hand and throws a good leg kick, right into the thigh. That had to hurt Destroyer.
Kazama displays some good footwork, moving neatly out of range as Destroyer throws out the jab.
Nice body kick from Kazama.
Kazama misses with a low kick as Destroyer jumps back.
As Kazama backs off Destroyer throws a huge counter combo but Kazama manages to avoid it all.
Kazama misses with a body kick.
Kazama tries a head kick but it misses.
Destroyer connects with a single shot there.

enabling Destroyer to counter with a crisp jab.


Kazama is rocked!
Kazama tries to score with a low kick but Destroyer moves his leg out of the way.
It seemed like Destroyer was going to counter with the hook but didn't fully commit to it.
Kazama tries a head kick but it misses.
Destroyer looked like he wanted to counter with a punch but didn't throw it.
Kazama looks to have improved his striking defense since last time we saw him fight.
Kazama lands a nice looking kick to the body. Destroyer takes a step back to recover.

That's two minutes gone in the round.
A solid leg kick lands there for Kazama.
Good standup being displayed there by Kazama as he connects with a hook.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Kazama goes for a spinning back kick but it misses.
Destroyer takes one on the chin but seems OK.
An inside leg kick lands from Kazama.
Kazama throws a chopping leg kick but Destroyer manages to avoid taking any serious damage.
Destroyer replies with a solid counter kick to the body but Kazama blocks it well.
Kazama pivots as if he's going to throw a leg kick but stops half way.
Kazama swings away but doesn't land with a series of punches.
Kazama connects with an inside leg kick.
Destroyer misses with an uppercut.
Destroyer throws a hook to the body but it doesn't connect.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Jin Kazama dominated that round.
The minute break is over - no more time for sponges and pep talks - back to the action!

Kazama scores with a big left there. The judges will like that one.
Kazama throws a body kick that sends a sickening thudding noise reverberating around the arena.
Kazama is using his height advantage well here, landing a good percentage of his punches.
Kazama uses good footwork to get in and out, landing a nice hook.
Kazama tries to land a front kick but Destroyer steps back. That was a bit too telegraphed.
Kazama connects with a leg kick. Destroyer looked like he was expecting something else and didn't defend it.
Kazama misses with a left hand
and Destroyer connects with a straight left hand counter down the middle.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Destroyer tries a low kick but Kazama avoids it.
Destroyer throws a monster uppercut resembling something out of street fighter but it doesn't land.
Kazama throws a low kick, looking for Destroyer's leg but Destroyer calmly moves out of range.
Kazama throws a head kick that Destroyer semi-blocks.
Jin Kazama is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.

Kazama tries to work over Destroyer's front leg with a kick but Destroyer checks it.
A head kick by Kazama misses
and Destroyer counters with a good, hard body kick but Kazama shrugs it off.
Kazama misses with a body kick.
And an attempted straight right on the counter from Destroyer! But no joy.
Kazama lands a nice looking body kick.
Destroyer walks into a left hand.
Kazama scores with a nice body kick.
Jin Kazama is winning the standup battle so far.
Destroyer throws a couple of head shots and lands with the final one - a decent hook, which struck Kazama on the side of the head.
Kazama walks straight into a perfectly timed right hook, crumpling him to the floor! Kazama is in all kinds of trouble here - can he beat the count? 3,4,5,6,7,8,9....10 - he's out and it's by a long way too - he didn't ever look like beating that count!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:47 of round 2, we have a winner by way of TKO (Punch). Chicken Destroyer!
