Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Jaxon Lee (ranked 3976 p4p, 0 weight class) and Philander Agostin (ranked 4301 p4p, 428 weight class). Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Hilo, Jaxon Lee!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

1 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Philander Agostin!
The judges for this bout are Skip Squint, Hugh Johnson and Eliza Hachem.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Lee swats away the attempt to clinch by Agostin.
Agostin bobs and weaves well there to avoid the strikes.
Lee throws a shot to the body.
Agostin with a poor takedown
and Agostin takes a counter punch right on the button for his troubles.
Agostin on the wrong end of a vicious looking body shot.
Agostin shoots for a takedown but Lee saw that one coming a mile off and avoided it easily.
Lee throws the left hand but Agostin avoids the punch easily.

A decent looking cross lands there for Lee.
Lee misses with a straight left.
Lee scores with a shot to the body.
Lee connects nicely with a jab. Noted by the judges no doubt.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!

Agostin jabbing away but nothing is landing.
Lee lands a big right hand that sends Agostin crashing to the mat! Lee stays standing though and waves Agostin back to his feet!

Lee scores with a reasonable looking shot to the body. Agostin doesn't seem bothered though.
Agostin is still on wobbly legs! Can Lee finish him?
Agostin displays some good footwork, moving neatly out of range as Lee throws out the jab.
Agostin seems to have recovered his senses.

Agostin tries to counter with a clinch but Lee shakes him off and moves away.
Lee throws an off balance right hand
and Agostin counters with a head kick. That will keep Lee thinking before he tries any more sloppy attacks!
Agostin uses good footwork to avoid the strikes from Lee.
Lee misses with an uppercut
and Agostin counters with a series of strikes. Lee will be more careful next time no doubt.
Lee drops Agostin with a hook right on the temple. He thinks about going to the ground but Agostin looks back up at him and smiles so Lee waves him back to his feet - he obviously thinks he can knock him out after that shot landed.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

Lee cracks Agostin with a big right hand that sends him crashing to the floor. Lee has the opportunity to follow him to the ground but instead he's beckoning Agostin to stand back up!
Lee looks to score with a jab to the body but Agostin is just out of range.
Agostin has a takedown stuffed.
A little feinted left hand from Lee on the counter but he doesn't commit to it.
Jaxon Lee has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Philander Agostin.

Lee connects with a body shot that sends Agostin's belly button to the back.
Lee throws a lazy uppercut
and Agostin counters with a nice uppercut.

Lee lands a big uppercut and Agostin crumbles to the floor! The ref thinks about stopping the fight but Agostin looks OK. Lee waves Agostin back to his feet!

Lee fakes and then throws a beautiful body shot. Agostin looks a bit winded and takes a step backwards to take a breath.

Agostin tries to close the distance and clinch up but Lee swats him away and circles back towards the center.
Lee cracks Agostin with a hook to the temple - Agostin is on wobbly legs here! Lee swarms him with hook after hook, landing with each one! Agostin falls to the canvas face first and the referee dives in to stop the fight! Lee wins by TKO!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:41 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Punches). Jaxon Lee!
After winning the bout, Jaxon Lee thanked all his fans and promised he'd do even better in his next fight. The crowd seemed to love his humility.
