Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the bantamweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Topper Green, Winston Howard and Darius Henderson.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Spencer scores with a nice strike.
Mne really is a fat lump.
Mne drops his hands and takes a jab to the jaw for his troubles.
Mne uses decent footwork to sidestep a right hand from Spencer.
Mne fakes with the hands and throws a leg kick but Spencer is out of range.
Mne walks straight into a jab right on the nose. That one stung - he's blinking and trying to clear his head.
Mne slips a straight right by Spencer.
Spencer steps to the side to avoid the strikes from Mne.
Spencer comes forward and lands a shot to the body, then darts back out of range.
A left and a right from Mne both land. Nice combination.
Mne throws a head kick but Spencer moves out of range.
Mne walks into a jab.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Mne looking to score a takedown here. Spencer is defending well but Mne drives through and ends up in Spencer's guard.

Spencer keeping moving, preventing Mne from controlling successfully.
Spencer has been taking part in the yoga sessions down at Hands of Stone Gym (Low Capacity, Fast Results). Presumably he's going to look for a slick submission... Or maybe he's looking to avoid one.
The referee has decided to stand the fighters back up, so we'll restart on the feet.

There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action.
Spencer lands a head shot.
Mne moves away from the strike by Spencer.
Mne tries to close the distance and clinch up but Spencer swats him away and circles back towards the center.
Mne takes a jab on the nose. He smiles like he loves it and keeps coming.
Spencer swings and misses with a hook to the body.
Spencer cracks a nice hook into Mne's ribs.
The crowd cheers as Spencer lands an impressive looking overhand right. Mne doesn't seem phased though.

Mne tries to clinch but Spencer is having none of it.

Spencer cracks Mne with an open hand slap.

Spencer has used his reach advantage pretty well so far tonight.

Spencer keeps the fight standing with a nice sprawl.
Mark Spencer is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.
Mne moves in looking to clinch but Spencer pushes him off.

A telegraphed right hand from Spencer misses the target.
Spencer throws an overhand right that lands on Mne's shoulder, as Mne tries to avoid the shot.
Spencer might want to mix his strikes up a bit more. He's just going for head shots at the moment and that can become a bit predictable.
Mne shoots in looking for a double leg takedown. Spencer defends it nicely.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Slava Mne. That's going to take a lot out of him.

and Spencer counters with a crisp hook to the side of the head.
Spencer is landing a lot of head punches in this opening round! Mne had better start moving his head a bit unless he wants his face to turn into pâté.
Spencer dips down and scores with a jab to the body.

and Spencer connects with a straight left hand counter down the middle.

Spencer lands a right hook to the body.
Spencer connects with a looping right hand.
Spencer missing with a left hand there. Mne was out of range so wasted energy throwing that one.
Mne with poor footwork there. He got himself in a bit of a tangle, enabling Spencer to score with a decent uppercut.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
The fighters circling - Spencer throws out the jab but it was never going to land.

and Spencer counters with a lovely straight right hand!
Mne is rocked!
Spencer drops Mne with a hook right on the temple. He thinks about going to the ground but Mne looks back up at him and smiles so Spencer waves him back to his feet - he obviously thinks he can knock him out after that shot landed.
Oh Mne is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
Spencer fakes a right and follows up with a big left that drops Mne to one knee - oooooh, he's wobbly! Mne looks to clinch but Spencer throws him off and pummels him into the canvas! Mne taps out under the strikes! The fight is over!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 4:52 of round 1, we have a winner by way of Submission (Strikes). Mark Spencer!
