Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Edmond Honda (ranked 1480 p4p, 69 weight class) and Mike Megaton (ranked 501 p4p, 18 weight class). Honda kept the crowd waiting but all that was forgotten when his ring entrance music started. The incomparable musical genius that is E. Honda Stage Theme Extended. Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Honda scores with a sloppy punch to the body. Not much technique there but it did the business.
Megaton throws a jab but it's blocked by Honda.
A jab from Honda misses.
Honda pivots as if he's going to throw a leg kick but stops half way.
Honda is looking to land body kicks.
Honda lunges in with an uppercut that skims his opponent's chin.

It looks like Mike Megaton has been cut.
Honda thuds his shin into the meat of Megaton's side.
Honda has been working on his boxing with his coaches at WildBoar's Private Pig Pen in the buildup to the fight.
Honda closes this distance looking for a takedown but Megaton circles away.
Megaton looks like he wants to counter punch here.

and Megaton counters with an outside leg kick.

Honda darts in looking for a takedown but Megaton gets double underhooks and turns Honda into the cage.

Edmond Honda's cut is bleeding quite badly. He's got to try and protect it.

Megaton gets through Honda's defenses to land a nice punch to the side of the head.

The referee calls the doctor in to look at Edmond Honda's cut. Oh no, the doctor has called an end to the bout!
