Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Jaxon Stoner (ranked 590 p4p, 83 weight class) and Lukas Chomsli (ranked 1701 p4p, 216 weight class). Chomsli is bobbing his head along to his entrance song: Tapout. Lukas Chomsli will no doubt be trying to keep this one on the feet, where he has a distinct advantage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
8 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Jaxon Stoner! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
6 - 3 - 1, fighting out of Amsterdam, Lukas Chomsli! The judges for this bout are Dillan Fox, Steve Smith and William Peck.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Chomsli changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Stoner tries to avoid it but Chomsli manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Stoner to the ground. Stoner escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet. Stoner attempts a counter takedown but Chomsli avoids it well and moves away. Chomsli gets to the clinch - let's see what his plan is here. Stoner takes a shot to the head. Chomsli changes levels and goes for a takedown here. Stoner fights it off and pushes away nicely.
Stoner stuffs the takedown. Stoner half commits to a counter takedown before pushing away, out of range. Jaxon Stoner has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Lukas Chomsli. Chomsli misses with a right hand and Stoner counters with a nice double leg into half guard. Chomsli kicks Stoner off and gets back to his feet. Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show! Stoner dodges the punch combination from Chomsli.
That's one minute gone in the round. A telegraphed right hand from Chomsli misses the target. Chomsli looking for a takedown here - he's got it. Chomsli is looking to work some ground and pound but Stoner has wrist control. Stoner is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive. Stoner seems keen to control rather than go for a submission, at least for now. In the pre-fight buildup videos we saw Chomsli working his ground and pound in the gym. He isn't landing a great percentage of his ground strikes so far though. Stoner preventing the ground and pound from doing any damage. Stoner is controlling Chomsli's posture. Stoner's ground tactics aren't going to win him many fans. Let's hope he's got fireworks for us if he gets back to his feet because he's not doing much on the ground. Chomsli thinks about going for a leg but decides against it, in order to maintain the position. Stoner has Chomsli pulled in close to control his posture. Stoner looks to be in better condition than last time we saw him fight. Obviously he's been working hard on his cardio. Chomsli won't allow Stoner to sweep him here.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Stoner has a closed guard, preventing anything of note from happening. Perhaps he's looking to stall. Stoner is working the butterfly guard. He manages to land a nice scissor sweep and is now in half guard on the top. Nice move. Chomsli is working for an escape here. He's hooked one of Stoner's legs and he's managed to sneak out and take Stoner's back! Chomsli sinks in the hooks and is looking for the choke. He's got it! Stoner taps out!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:41 of round 1, we have a winner by way of Submission (RNC). Lukas Chomsli! A relieved looking Lukas Chomsli thanked the fans for their support and gave the usual line about them being amazing. They seemed to believe that he actually meant it. Jaxon Stoner spoke after the fight, saying 'Thank you to all my fans for your support tonight. I'm sorry I did not bring home the victory, but I will go back, train harder, and come back stronger and better to give you what you all deserve! A winner, a champion, a legend!'.
