Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Jake Tyler (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Matthew Davis (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Davis takes a push kick to the midsection and stumbles backwards.

Tyler ducks under an overhand right and circles away with a smile on his face.
Matthew Davis seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Davis swats away the attempt to clinch by Tyler.
Davis throws a shot from downtown. Tyler moves away and avoids it.
Davis takes a kick to the side of the head.

It looks like Matthew Davis has been cut.
Tyler takes a jab right on the nose. That must have hurt but he shrugs his shoulders and looks to return the favor.

Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

The crowd are getting on the fighters' backs, as the pace has dropped off in the last minute or so.

Tyler avoids a guillotine attempt easily.
Davis wants to sweep here but Tyler controlling him for the moment.
Tyler has decided he wants to stand but the closed guard of Davis is proving hard to escape from.

There's a bit of a scramble here and now Davis is on top in guard.
