Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Anti Happy (ranked 1899 p4p, 208 weight class) and Wilfred Keter (ranked 2223 p4p, 229 weight class). Happy comes to the cage accompanied by Bvana iz lagune & Mikri Maus - AntiHepi. Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the featherweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
5 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Anti Happy! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
6 - 3 - 0, fighting out of New York, Wilfred Keter! The judges for this bout are Nard Betker, Saam Ante and Aafke Stam.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Happy shoots in looking for a takedown but Keter manages to keep the fight standing, pushing Happy's face into the canvas for good measure before circling away. Keter throws a nice outside leg kick. Happy will have to do better than that with his takedown attempts. Keter scores with a leg kick.
Happy is trying hard to land a takedown here. Keter sprawls well and keeps this one on the feet. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Anti Happy. That's going to take a lot out of him. Keter lands with a head kick! That's gotta hurt. Happy has his takedown stuffed and Keter counters with an inside leg kick. Happy has been talking about how he's improved his wrestling in the run up to the fight so let's see if that's enough to sway the balance. Happy takes a thudding leg kick, right into the meat of the thigh. Keter lands a leg kick. The shin dug right into the meat of the thigh. Keter lands a leg kick. The crowd are loving this. Great action here. Keter displays good takedown defense there as he swats away a double leg from Happy.
That's one minute gone in the round. Happy looks for a takedown here. Will he get it? Keter is fending him off so far but Happy persists. Nope, Keter circles away and we're back to standing. Keter is clearly trying to counter these attacks from Happy with a body shot. Happy takes a thudding leg kick, right into the meat of the thigh. Keter lands a slapping body shot.
Happy shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has Keter pinned against the cage. Keter gets the underhooks and manages to circle away. Happy fails to land the takedown. Keter connects with the punch. A jab from Keter does it's job there. Happy moves his head to the side to avoid a jab but walks straight into a cross. Keter keeps the fight standing with a nice sprawl. Happy moves forwards but Keter connects with a nice, crisp jab.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Happy gets a double leg takedown into Keter's guard. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. This has been an exciting period of action! Keter has Happy pulled in close to control his posture. Keter looking to sweep here. No luck so far. Happy wants to control from the top but Keter keeps moving. Happy trying to move into half guard but instead Keter has managed to sweep!
Happy has his foot on Keter's thigh. He's trying to push off and get in position for a triangle, I think. Keter works his way back into a safe position though. Keter is just sitting in guard, looking to avoid any submissions. Happy looking for submissions off his back, moving his hips, looking for an opening.
Happy working for a triangle but Keter defends it easily.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Keter showing good wrestling skills to control the position. Happy is throwing his legs up, looking for submissions. Keter is aware though and is defending well. Happy being controlled here, momentarily. Keter really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Happy. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out. Keter must be cautious of submissions here, given that his opponent has the superior Jiu Jitsu. Happy has a loose triangle. He'll be looking to tighten that up but Keter can see exactly what he's planning and manages to posture up and free himself.
That's four minutes gone in the round. The crowd are showing their displeasure at the lack of action as loud boos ring out around the arena. Happy wants to sweep but no luck. Keter controls the pace of the fight for a moment. Happy had isolated an arm as going for a kimura. Keter defends it easily. Happy working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. Keter doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. Keter manages to throw the legs off his shoulder and he's back into guard - no problem. Happy is looking for a guillotine. You can't force these things though and Keter defends well. Keter's corner is telling him to maintain position. It looks like the ref is thinking about a standup. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Wilfred Keter dominated that round. The fighters' corners scream their final instructions, as the referee calls time. Here we go, back to the action!
Keter fakes with a right hand and throws a good leg kick, right into the thigh. That had to hurt Happy. Nice body kick there by Keter. Keter has been the more effective fighter overall so far. Happy takes one to the side of the head.
Keter cracks Happy with a good jab. Keter swings and misses with a hook to the body.
Anti Happy is looking to throw some combinations by the looks of things. Happy misses with a takedown attempt. He shot from a bit too far out. Keter appeared to try and counter that last move with a leg kick. Keter cracks the inside of Happy's front leg. Happy is hobbling a little on that front leg after taking quite a few leg kicks so far in this fight. Keter stuffs a takedown. It's all about dictating where the fight takes place and Keter wants it to stay on the feet. Keter feints a counter leg kick. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Keter listening to his corner there, landing a nice uppercut. Keter is looking to slow Happy down with leg kicks. Happy doesn't succeed with the takedown and Keter counters with a straight right hand. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Anti Happy. That's going to take a lot out of him. Keter lands a leg kick that knocks Happy off balance momentarily.
That's one minute gone in the round. Keter keeps the fight on the outside. Happy fails with a takedown attempt. Keter stuffs the takedown attempt from Happy. Happy gets slowly back to his feet. Happy drives through with a takedown into guard. Keter tries to land a sweep but no joy. Keter manages to sweep nicely, so he's now on top. Happy manages to get himself to full guard.
In the pre-fight buildup videos we saw Keter working his ground and pound in the gym. He isn't landing a great percentage of his ground strikes so far though. Keter stopping the sweep attempt from Happy. Happy had isolated an arm as going for a kimura. Keter defends it easily. Keter is stalling in the full guard.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Happy has a loose triangle. He'll be looking to tighten that up but Keter can see exactly what he's planning and manages to posture up and free himself. Happy is working from a closed guard but he's struggling to control his opponent.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Happy keeping full guard, as Keter tries to pass. Keter stays in close to Happy's body and controls the position. Happy wants to sweep here but Keter controlling him for the moment. Keter's corner is telling him to maintain position. Happy looking for submissions from the bottom but instead Keter passes into half guard.
Keter content to control rather than advance.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless. Keter tries to pass the half guard into mount. Happy knows what he's doing though and prevents the attempt. Keter is trying to control the action in half guard but Happy is working away on the bottom, looking perhaps to get back to full guard.
The referee has motioned to the fighters to stand back up. He just wasn't happy with the level of activity. Happy shoots in looking for a takedown. Keter tries to sprawl out of it but Happy keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Keter manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing. The crowd thankful this round is nearly over. Keter cracks a nice hook into Happy's ribs. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Wilfred Keter showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards. That's time! Happy's corner gives him a slap on the ass as he gets ready to fight. So, we enter the final round. Let's see if either fighter can bring us a finish, or whether we're going to the judges scorecards.
Happy dives in and grabs Keter's left leg, looking for a takedown. Keter pushes down on Happy's head and hops out. Keter scores with a jab to the body. Keter darts in and out, connecting with a jab. Keter thuds his right hand into Happy's forehead from close range. That could be painful for both fighters. Wilfred Keter seems to be getting the better of the standup. Happy with a poor takedown and Keter counters with a flying knee. Nice. A solid leg kick lands there for Keter.
Happy fails with the takedown and Keter counters with a lovely straight right hand! That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Anti Happy. That's going to take a lot out of him. An inside leg kick lands from Keter. Keter throws a feint and then finishes with a kick to the body. A nice leg kick lands there from Keter. This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff! Keter lands a leg kick. The shin dug right into the meat of the thigh. Keter fakes a jab and scores with a low kick. A good leg kick by Keter.
That's one minute gone in the round. Happy fakes high and shoots in for a takedown but Keter avoids it really well and circles away. Happy fails to land the takedown. Keter fakes a couple of low kicks, before throwing one on the third attempt. It connects and Happy has to reset his feet before getting ready to engage. Happy takes a body kick right on the floating rib. Ouchie.
Happy tries to check a leg kick but that clearly hurt him. Happy walks into a left hand. Happy shoots in for a takedown and gets it. Both fighters are breathing heavily. Happy is sneakily working for an arm triangle but Keter sees it coming and defends easily.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Happy is trying to work for a kimura but Keter is defending well.
Keter regains full guard. Nicely done. Happy stopping the sweep attempt from Keter. Keter keeps trying to improve his position. Keter is controlling Happy's posture. The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here. A big thud reverberates around the arena there as Happy accidentally thumps the mat. Hopefully he's not broken his hand. Happy looking to sit in guard and control but Keter gets the butterfly guard and sweeps. He's now in the guard on the top.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Keter is taking a break and basically stalling. The referee will not allow him to do that for long. Happy has thrown up a leg looking for a triangle. Keter doesn't defend quickly enough and Happy has managed to lock this one up! Can Keter escape?! NO! He's tapping out! Damn, that was a quick submission - congrats to Happy on a fantastic submission victory.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 3:31 of round 3, we have a winner by way of Submission (Triangle). Anti Happy! A relieved looking Anti Happy thanked the fans for their support and gave the usual line about them being amazing. They seemed to believe that he actually meant it.
