And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Helsinki, Anthony Frost!
The judges for this bout are Tarja Halkonen, Ben Zyskovitsi and Arvi Lind.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Hein tries to close the distance and clinch but Frost swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away.

Hein clinches with his opponent.
Frost scores a nice knee to the body.
Frost stalling in the clinch.

Frost manages to break the clinch.
Hein takes a step towards his opponent and connects with a left hand, before circling away.
Hein is looking to clinch but Frost is avoiding it.
Hein slaps away a takedown attempt from Frost, before circling back to the center of the mat.
Hein is looking to clinch.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Frost stuffs the takedown.
Hein on the wrong end of a kick to the body.

Hein shoots in for a double leg but Frost sprawls well. That's going to sap some energy.
Hein tries to clinch up.

Hein rushes Frost and pushes him back against the cage in a clinch.

Hein is trying to drag Frost to the mat but Frost just about manages to keep his footing. He used the cage to his advantage there.

Frost goes for a takedown attempt but Hein pushes him away and we're back to fighting at a distance.
Hein tries to clinch there but Frost circles away.
Hein sets himself, and Frost steps forward looking for the clinch! Hein avoids it this time.

Hein gets tackled into the cage by Frost. Frost maintains the clinch.
Hein tries to break the clinch but Frost is controlling the position.
Still in the clinch, Frost scores with a nice short uppercut.
Hein effectively controlling the action here.
Hein presses Frost against the cage and delivers a mid-strength body shot.
Frost content to slow the pace in the clinch.
Hein is trying to break the clinch but Frost is controlling him.

Hein is trying to push Frost away but Frost has him pressed against the cage, so he's going nowhere.

Frost pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat.
Frost goes for a double leg but Hein avoids the attempt and the two fighters end up clinched against the cage as Hein continues to drive forward.

Hein moves into the clinch successfully.

Frost breaks from the clinch.
Hein shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with Frost but Frost pushes him off and we're back to square one.
Frost is trying to avoid his opponent's strikes and get into the clinch.
The fight stays on the outside here - Hein looks like he's thinking about clinching though.

Hein forces Frost back against the cage and clinches.
The crowd thankful this round is nearly over.
The referee is keeping an eye on Frost - much more stalling and he will separate the fighters.
Hein is trying to push Frost away but Frost has him pressed against the cage, so he's going nowhere.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

The fighters' corners scream their final instructions, as the referee calls time. Here we go, back to the action!


Hein shoots in looking for a double leg takedown. Frost defends it nicely.
Frost will have to do better than that with his takedown attempts.
No luck with that takedown attempt from Hein.

Hein gets in close and instigates a clinch.
Hein is trying to force a seperation but Frost has the dominant position.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Hein jumps into guard, dragging Frost to the mat.
We could do with one of the fighters taking the initiative a bit more on the ground - they're both waiting to capitalize on a mistake.
Frost wanted to stand there but Hein had control of the position.
Frost trying to control but Hein is working from the bottom.

Hein has a closed guard, preventing Frost from standing up.

Frost drops back, looking for a kneebar! Hein looks panicked! The fighters roll across the mat, one looking to finish, one looking to escape. Hein looks to have wriggled free... Yes, he's got his leg free and he's dived into side control! Good work there from Hein!

Frost wants to control but Hein postures up.
Frost sneaks a leg under to get back to half guard.
Hein missing with the ground and pound from half guard.
Frost moves into full guard.

Frost is controlling Hein's posture.
Frost trying to control the position.
Frost looking to hit a scissor sweep but Hein is one step ahead there.
Hein pressing down on his opponent's thigh, looking to pass guard. Frost is keeping the position for now.

Frost is throwing his legs up, looking for submissions. Hein is aware though and is defending well.

Frost looking for submissions off his back, moving his hips, looking for an opening.
Frost is trying to control the position from the bottom.

The referee decides to stand the fighters back up.
Hein dives in for a single leg takedown but Frost sprawls and the fighters end up clinched against the cage.

Hein tries to clinch up against the cage, rushing in to close the distance. Frost manages to break the clinch and circles back to the middle of the mat.
Jab, jab by Hein - just one landing.
Frost throws a sloppy head kick and Hein moves out of range easily.
Frost slaps away a takedown attempt from Hein, before circling back to the center of the mat.
Boooooooooooooooooooo!!! God, this has been a terrible round. Come on you two, sort yourselves out!
Hein swinging wildly here.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

That's time! Hein's corner gives him a slap on the ass as he gets ready to fight. The crowd applaud as we get ready to start the final round!

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Hein advances to half guard.
Hein wants to stand up but Frost is controlling the position.
Well, if Hein is going to just lie there, perhaps we should talk about what we're having for dinner tonight… I'm having a ham and pineapple pizza… Yum. Can't wait.

Frost has managed to escape just enough to sneak back to his feet but Hein is on him like a limpet, forcing Frost back against the cage.
Frost putting his Muay Thai to good use. He has Hein in a tight clinch and is doing some damage with knees to the body.
Both fighters are breathing heavily.
Frost tries for a takedown but Hein manages to get underhooks.

Frost stalling here - the referee won't stand for too much of that.
Anthony Frost seems to be working more effectively in the clinch in the fight so far.
Hein is trying to work for a single leg takedown but Frost pulls him back up using the underhooks.
Frost tries to pull guard but Hein holds him up against the cage and eventually Frost drops back down to his feet.

Hein tried to land a shot to the body but connects with Frost's elbow.

Hein misses the knee to the body. Nice hip positioning from Frost.

Frost is trying to pull guard but Hein turns him against the cage and we stay in the clinch.

and Frost counters with a head kick. That will keep Hein thinking before he tries any more sloppy attacks!
Hein dives in for a single leg takedown but Frost sprawls and the fighters end up clinched against the cage.

Frost closes the distance and clinches.
Frost drops down looking for an ankle pick but Hein pulls his leg out and moves away.
Boooooooooooooooooooo!!! God, this has been a terrible round. Come on you two, sort yourselves out!

And that's the end of the fight!
Anthony Frost comfortably won the final round on my scorecard.
I think Frost has won this one but let's see whether the judges agree with me. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
