Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Matt Black (ranked 2890 p4p, 271 weight class) and Leonardo Da Vincible (ranked 3191 p4p, 289 weight class). Black's ring entrance music is that housewives' favourite, Manu Chao - Mr. Bobby. The fight MMA fans around the world have waited their entire lives for!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
32 - 21 - 1, fighting out of Las Vegas, Matt Black!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of
17 - 5 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Leonardo Da Vincible!
The judges for this bout are George Francis, Daniel Franklin and Frank Dennis.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Da Vincible throws a leg kick but Black sees it coming and moves out of range.
Black closes the distance but Da Vincible moves to the side
and Da Vincible counters with a shot to the ribs. That looked like it hurt.
Black tries to clinch but fails miserably
and Da Vincible makes him pay by landing a nice hook to the body before moving out of range.
Matt Black seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Black closes the distance and looks for a trip takedown... aaaand he's got it - Black lands in his opponent's guard.
Da Vincible is adopting a defensive guard.
Da Vincible keeping moving, preventing Black from controlling successfully.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Da Vincible is pulling down on Black's head. It's preventing any offense from Black, at least for the moment.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Black wants to control from the top but Da Vincible keeps moving.
The ref stands the fighters back up due to a lack of activity.
That's two minutes gone in the round.
The crowd are getting on the fighters' backs, as the pace has dropped off in the last minute or so.
Nice straight punches there by Black. You know Roy Jones Jr respects the hands of Black.
Black stooping low to avoid any incoming strikes and then lunges in with an uppercut come cross that lands flush.
Black avoids the body shot from Da Vincible.
Da Vincible lands a nice looking body kick.
A nice leg kick lands there from Da Vincible.
Black takes an uppercut right on the button but keeps his composure.
It looks like Matt Black has been cut.
Black throws a monster uppercut resembling something out of street fighter but it doesn't land.
It seemed like Da Vincible was going to counter with the hook but didn't fully commit to it.
Black throws a lazy uppercut
and Da Vincible connects with a straight left hand counter down the middle.
Black stumbles momentarily as he takes a strong leg kick from Da Vincible.
Da Vincible lands a nice looking kick to the body. Black takes a step back to recover.
Black fails with a takedown attempt.
That's three minutes gone in the round.
Da Vincible keeps the fight on the outside.
Black steps to the side to avoid the strikes from Da Vincible.
Black appears to be looking for a counter takedown.
Black will have to do better than that with his takedown attempts.
Black shoots and misses
and Da Vincible counters with a straight right hand.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Matt Black. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Da Vincible moves out of range as Black strikes.
Da Vincible misses with a body shot.
A quick step to the side and Black tries to counter with a shot to the body but it doesn't connect.
Da Vincible throws a nice outside leg kick.
A jab lands there for Da Vincible.
Black doesn't succeed with the takedown
and Da Vincible counters with a nice uppercut.
Matt Black's cut is getting worse.
Leonardo Da Vincible is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.
Black is breathing heavily.
Da Vincible moves into range and lands a nice body kick.
Da Vincible drops Black with a straight right hand, right on the button! Da Vincible follows him down to the mat and pounds him out with hammerfists until the referee jumps in to end the fight!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 3:53 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Leonardo Da Vincible!
Leonardo Da Vincible decided to hype himself up post fight. It was going well but he went on about it a bit too long and the crowd turned on him a little.
