Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Kristof Kijowsky (ranked 5954 p4p, 428 weight class) and Tek Dog (ranked 6715 p4p, 449 weight class). Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
5 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Kristof Kijowsky! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
5 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Tek Dog! The judges for this bout are Stewart Dunkirk, Cecil Peabody and Robert Twigg.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Kijowsky looks for a takedown but Dog sprawls well. Dog should think about turning a few of those tyres round his middle into muscle if he wants people to take him seriously as an athlete. Kijowsky misses with a low kick. Kijowsky tries a switch kick but it misses it's target. Dog will have to do better than that with his takedown attempts. Kijowsky is trying hard to land a takedown here. Dog sprawls well and keeps this one on the feet. Kijowsky misses with the combination.
Dog closes the distance and pushes Kijowsky back into the cage. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Kijowsky prevents the takedown attempt.

Kijowsky throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.

Dog shoots in looking for a takedown but Kijowsky manages to keep the fight standing, pushing Dog's face into the canvas for good measure before circling away. Dog manages to pull guard. Let's see whether he can land a sub off his back. This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff! Dog utilising some decent striking defenses from the guard, preventing the ground and pound. Dog trying to keep a closed guard but Kijowsky is proving a slippery customer.

The referee decides to stand the fighters back up. Kijowsky closes the distance and clinches up with Dog, looking for a takedown. Kijowsky pushes Dog against the cage but Dog circles to the side and manages to break the clinch. Kijowsky fails to land the takedown. Kijowsky shoots in but Dog avoids the takedown attempt easily. Dog throws a counter combo. Kijowsky closes this distance looking for a takedown but Dog circles away. Dog forces Kijowsky back against the cage and clinches. The crowd thankful this round is nearly over. A quick uppercut on the inside from Dog. Dog jumps guard but Kijowsky stands there with Dog around his waist. Dog gives up and drops back to his feet. We remain in the clinch.

Dog stuffs the takedown. Dog tries to counter with a clinch but Kijowsky shakes him off and moves away. Dog fakes with a right hand and throws a good leg kick, right into the thigh. That had to hurt Kijowsky. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Dog fails with the takedown and Kijowsky counters with a stiff right hand. Tek Dog showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards. That's the end of the interval. I'm sure that seemed a lot quicker than a minute for our two fighters! Back to the action. This is the final round!

Dog jumps guard but his hands slip and he falls flat on his back. Well, he's made himself look a right mug there, as Kijowsky walks away with a smile on his face. Dog gets slowly back to his feet and shakes his head. Kijowsky closes the distance but Dog moves to the side letting Dog counter with a right hand. Dog dives in and grabs Kijowsky's left leg, looking for a takedown. Kijowsky pushes down on Dog's head and hops out. Kijowsky stuffs a takedown. It's all about dictating where the fight takes place and Kijowsky wants it to stay on the feet. Kijowsky dips down and scores with a jab to the body. Kijowsky tries to clinch up. Dog drops down looking to force a counter takedown but Kijowsky defends it well. Kijowsky looks for a takedown here. Will he get it? Dog is fending him off so far but Kijowsky persists. "Ole!" shouts Kijowsky as he jumps to the side.

Dog manages to improve position though and keeps the fight standing. With the fighters up against the cage, Dog throws an elbow but misses. Kijowsky tries to break the clinch but Dog is controlling the position. Kijowsky fails to pull guard.

Kristof Kijowsky has stepped it up - he knows he needs a finish here! Tek Dog is fighting for a decision - hopefully he's judged it right and he's actually winning the fight.
