Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Five Finger (ranked 1321 p4p, 179 weight class) and Satchmo Knox (ranked 940 p4p, 136 weight class). The crowd seem to be enjoying Knox's choice of entrance music: Riot | Three Days Grace. These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 4 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Five Finger!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 4 - 3 - 1, fighting out of London, Satchmo Knox!
The judges for this bout are Yasuomi Hirokawa, Tatsuya Matsuyama and Ren Mimura.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Knox lands a vicious shot with the stealth of a sniper and the strength of a viper. Are vipers that strong? I can think of lots of things that are stronger than a viper - not many rhyme with sniper though.

A quick step to the side and Finger tries to counter with a shot to the body but it doesn't connect.

Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

Satchmo Knox showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards.

The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action. So, we enter the final round. Let's see if either fighter can bring us a finish, or whether we're going to the judges scorecards.
