Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Justin Keen (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Thor Wood (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Keen comes to the cage accompanied by Round One. Wood is bouncing up and down as he enters the arena, backed by Own little World. Justin Keen could well score a knockout today. He has the power to get to Thor Wood's chin.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Wood lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Keen circles away quickly and effectively. Wood fails with an attempt to clinch.
Keen throws a half hearted mid kick. Wood throws a couple of head shots and lands with the final one - a decent hook, which struck Keen on the side of the head.
It looks like Justin Keen has been cut. The crowd cheers as Wood lands an impressive looking overhand right. Keen doesn't seem phased though. Wood moves in looking to clinch but Keen pushes him off. Keen rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Wood moves out of range and avoids them all easily. Keen blocks the body kick.
Keen checks a low kick from Wood. Wood dances in quickly and lands a nice inside leg kick on Keen. That did some damage! Keen shoots in from a long way out. He's driving through with the takedown attempt and he eventually gets it, landing in Wood's guard.
That's one minute gone in the round. Keen avoids a guillotine attempt easily.
Keen stands up over Wood, holding his feet. He dives back in and lands a decent shot to the head. A big thud reverberates around the arena there as Keen accidentally thumps the mat. Hopefully he's not broken his hand. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Keen throwing elbows and punches but not connecting, as Wood works some decent striking defense from the bottom. Keen has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission. Keen throwing shots from guard but he's hitting more mat than opponent. Wood looking for a guillotine here but Keen defends easily.

Well, the referee has seen enough. Neither fighter is active enough on the ground so he's stood them back up. Keen misses with a few strikes there.
Wood attempts a low kick but it misses it's target. Keen ducks under an overhand right and circles away with a smile on his face. Keen will need to close the distance a bit before he attacks - that leg kick was thrown from too far away.
A head kick misses from Keen. Thor Wood seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Keen plants his feet and lands a nice head kick! Keen falls off balance throwing a combination
and Wood counters with a nice body kick.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Keen takes a solid shot to the body. That one hurt him but he's trying not to show it. Wood misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.

The fighters are pinned against the cage. Wood manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing. Keen misses with a double jab.
That's one minute gone in the round. Wood tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but Keen paws at him with a jab and circles away. Wood throws an uppercut from half a mile away. Keen sees it coming and avoids it easily. Keen tries to clinch but Wood is having none of it. Keen fails with the takedown. Wood wants to clinch but Keen slips to the side and Keen counters with a shoot takedown. Wood fights it but they end up in guard. Wood controls Keen momentarily but Keen frees himself. Keen is looking to work some ground and pound but Wood has wrist control.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Wood wants to stand and escape but Keen is having none of it. Keen wants to control from the top but Wood keeps moving. Keen postures up in Wood's guard and throws a big left but Wood blocks it. Keen has gone for a leg lock! Wood slips out almost immediately though and dives into Keen's guard. Keen manages to land a sweep and now he's in mount on top!
That's three minutes gone in the round. Wood is desperately trying to improve his position but Keen has a good base and remains in mount. Keen sends his fist crashing into the mat - the crowd let out a collective ooooooh. Let's hope he's not broken it! Keen postures up and cracks his opponent a couple of times before moving back into close ground control. Wood looks a forlorn figure.

That's four minutes gone in the round. There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action. Wood sneaks a leg back under and regains half guard and is working straight away to try and get back to guard. He hasn't managed just yet though. Wood avoiding damage under a succession of punches from Keen. Keen misses with a head shot. Wood uses the momentum to regain guard. Wood keeping moving, preventing Keen from controlling successfully. Keen looking to pass the guard.
And that's the end of the fight! Justin Keen showed his dominance in that final round. I think Wood has won this one but let's see whether the judges agree with me. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
