The judges for this bout are Daniel Blasius, Paul Aken and Aafke Stam.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Avetisyan misses with an attempted mid kick.
Avetisyan connects with a high kick.
It looks like Simo Ahvenus has been cut.
Ahvenus tries to move into range but Avetisyan moves to the side and lands with a nice right hand.
Ahvenus with poor footwork there. He got himself in a bit of a tangle, enabling Avetisyan to score with a decent uppercut.
Avetisyan is on the wrong end of a nice combination from Ahvenus.
A punch lands to the side of Avetisyan 's head but he takes it in his stride.
Avetisyan shapes like he's going to throw a leg kick but settles back down.
Ahvenus looks for a takedown here. Will he get it? Avetisyan is fending him off so far but Ahvenus persists. Nope, Avetisyan circles away and we're back to standing.
Ahvenus shoots in for a takedown but Avetisyan shows good takedown defense.
Avetisyan lands the left hand.
Ahvenus is rocked!
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Ahvenus avoids the head kick by Avetisyan.
Ahvenus is still on wobbly legs! Can Avetisyan finish him?
Avetisyan slips in close and lands a nice hook before moving back out of range.
Avetisyan lands an uppercut out of nowhere! Ahvenus falls backwards - clearly groggy! Avetisyan dives in and finishes the fight with more strikes for a TKO finish!
