The judges for this bout are Yukihiro Yamamoto, Yasuomi Hirokawa and Shirou Masuda.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Castillo is looking to clinch but Hammer is avoiding it.
Castillo just misses with a punch to the body.
Castillo moves out of the way of the counter high kick fromHammer.
Hammer scores with a reasonable looking shot to the body. Castillo doesn't seem bothered though.
Hammer avoids the body shot from Castillo.
Castillo looks to score with a combo but nothing lands.
A kick lands to the mid section there for Castillo.
Hammer lands a big head kick that sends Castillo tumbling to the mat! Hammer takes a step backwards and waves Castillo back to his feet - he wants the finish!
It looks like Anthony Castillo has been cut.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
A left lands for Castillo.
Hammer feints and then winds up with a huge right hand that connects perfectly and sends Castillo sprawling to the canvas! Castillo rolls over backwards and springs off the cage and manages to regain his footing - how acrobatic! Oh, he's still wobbly - can Hammer finish him?!
Castillo is rocked!
Castillo tries to grapple but his opponent circles
and Hammer counters with a huge right that knocks Castillo out cold! Hammer is running around with a crazed look on his face - you can see how much that meant to him!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:31 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Punch). Thor Hammer!
Thor Hammer decided to thank the fans in attendance for making a great atmosphere. It seemed to go down pretty well.
