The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Martinyuk throws an uppercut from half a mile away. Fortier sees it coming and avoids it easily.
Samson Fortier seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Martinyuk throws a combination but it was largely blocked by Fortier.
Fortier throws a low kick but it's checked well by Martinyuk.
