Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Alexander Gruzdev (ranked 1072 p4p, 147 weight class) and Dominic Gotti (ranked 1178 p4p, 126 weight class). Gotti has chosen King Of Kings as his entrance music. Well, I have no idea who's going to take this one!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
The crowd cheers as Gruzdev lands an impressive looking overhand right. Gotti doesn't seem phased though.

Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

Gruzdev throws a couple of head shots and lands with the final one - a decent hook, which struck Gotti on the side of the head.

Well, he's not going to score with shots like that. A lazy body kick attempt from Gotti .
Gruzdev looked to counter that last move with a leg kick but didn't pull the trigger.
Gotti lands a vicious shot with the stealth of a sniper and the strength of a viper. Are vipers that strong? I can think of lots of things that are stronger than a viper - not many rhyme with sniper though.

Gotti lands a big head kick that sends Gruzdev tumbling to the mat! Gotti takes a step backwards and waves Gruzdev back to his feet - he wants the finish!

Oh Gruzdev is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
Gruzdev looks to land a combination but Gotti avoids it well.
Gotti cracks Gruzdev with a left hook right on the temple and Gruzdev goes down! He's out! Referee! Stop the fight! Gotti lands a few more punches before the dopey ref steps in - hopefully Gruzdev is OK!
