Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Logan Bailey (ranked 2279 p4p, 276 weight class) and Boxing Guy (ranked 2107 p4p, 257 weight class). The crowd giving both fighters a great reception on their way into the arena. That's good to see.

Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Robert Douchet, Dillan Fox and Alec Ball.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Guy blocks a head kick by Bailey.
A countering left hand to the body from Guy misses.
Guy's coach down at Cozad Amsterdam was telling us pre-fight that they have been working on Guy's balance. Obviously they view that as a key factor in the outcome of this fight.
Guy takes a big uppercut there. He seems a bit wobbly but no, he's OK.
Bailey chopping away at his opponent's legs.
Bailey throws a poor cross that misses
enabling Guy to counter with a crisp jab.
It looks like Logan Bailey has been cut.
Bailey looks to score with a jab to the body but Guy is just out of range.
A nice side step and Guy releases a counter shot to the body, but it doesn't find it's home.
Guy cracks Bailey with a right hand to the side of the head.
Bailey throws a jab to the body, straight down the pipe. Boom. That sent Guy stumbling backwards but he manages to regain his composure quickly.
Guy swings and misses with a hook to the body.
Bailey takes a swing at Guy's ribcage but misses.
A lazy left from Bailey finds it's target.
Bailey misses with an uppercut. Guy saw that one coming.
Bailey throws a body kick that misses
and Guy counters with a nice uppercut.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

and Bailey counters with a nice jab to the body that keeps Guy thinking.

Bailey lands with an uppercut that bounces Guy off the cage and back into range.
Guy drops his hands and takes a jab to the jaw for his troubles.
Guy uses good head movement to avoid the hook from Bailey.
Guy misses with a straight right.

and Guy counters with a stiff right hand.
Bailey ducks under an overhand right and circles away with a smile on his face.
Bailey throws out a token jab with nothing on it.
A countering left hand to the body from Guy misses.
Bailey takes a swing at Guy's ribcage but misses.
Bailey swings for the body but Guy moves out of range.
Guy now looks to counter with a shot at the body.
Bailey bobs and weaves and unloads with a good uppercut.
Guy takes a solid shot to the body. That one hurt him but he's trying not to show it.
Bailey thows a left - swing and a miss!
Guy looked like he wanted to counter with a punch but didn't throw it.
Bailey fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Guy manages to avoid it.
That's two minutes gone in the round.
Bailey throws a sloppy head kick and Guy moves out of range easily.
Bailey punishes Guy's body with a nice straight punch.
This has been an exciting period of action!
Bailey finds nothing but air with that leg kick attempt.
Logan Bailey seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Guy uses decent footwork to sidestep a right hand from Bailey.
Guy checks a low kick. Bone on bone - not my idea of a good time.
Bailey ducks down and throws a hook to the body.
Bailey misses with a body shot.
Guy throws out a counter right but Bailey avoids it with no problem.
Guy bobbing and weaving, closes the distance and lands a hook to the side of Bailey's head.
Bailey moves into range and connects with a jab.
Bailey punishes Guy's body with a nice straight punch.
Guy throws a body punch but Bailey moves out of range.
Guy ducks under an overhand right and circles away with a smile on his face.

Bailey swings widly with a right hand
and Guy counters with a nice uppercut.
Bailey misses with a looping left.
And an attempted straight right on the counter from Guy! But no joy.
Bailey throws a quick inside leg kick.
Guy keeping a good distance there, avoiding the body shot.
A decent looking body kick lands there for Bailey.
Bailey scores with a jab to the jaw.
A slapping leg kick lands for Bailey.
A big right from Bailey misses.
Guy takes a shot to the body in his stride.
Guy tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Bailey was well out of range. Poor timing from Guy.
Bailey throws a push kick but Guy slaps the foot to one side.
Guy slips under a jab from Bailey.
That's four minutes gone in the round.
Boom, another hit is landed. "You're gunna get knocked out" taunts Bailey, as that shot connected.
A decent looking body kick lands there for Bailey.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
Guy avoids the body shot from Bailey.
Guy shakes his hands off, looking to compose himself, but takes a jab to the jaw whilst he does it.
Guy is pinned up against the cage taking some big shots here. The referee is looking closely deciding whether he should stop the fight.
Bailey cracks Guy with a good jab.
Bailey scores with a jab to the body.
Bailey throws a leg kick which misses Guy's front leg but catches the back leg as Guy tries to avoid it.

Guy is rocked!
Crack! Bailey connects with the perfect overhand right and Guy falls face first to the canvas. Timbeeeeeeeer! Beautiful knockout for Bailey!
