Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Mat Diaz (ranked 1740 p4p, 214 weight class) and Travis Mitchell (ranked 1131 p4p, 144 weight class). Diaz's ring entrance music is that housewives' favourite, I Got Five On It. Travis Mitchell has the power to score a knockout today if he connects clean with Mat Diaz's chin.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 14 - 10 - 1, fighting out of London, Travis Mitchell!
The judges for this bout are Cecil Peabody, Tiny Johnson and Wesley Smith.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Diaz shoots in looking for a single leg takedown. Mitchell is trying to defend but Diaz finishes it well and ends up in half guard. Let's see if he can advance position further.

That was a close second round but I would say that Mat Diaz will probably get the nod.
Well, the break between rounds is over. Let's get back to the scrappin! This is the final round!


Mitchell throws a hook to the side of Diaz's head but Diaz sees it coming and ducks under it beautifully.
Diaz seems to have got his legs back now.
Mitchell swings and misses with a hook to the body.

Oooooooooooh, not good. A low kick from Diaz lands where it shouldn't have, right in the... well, you know what he did? He kicked him in the penis. He's injured, injured bad. The referee sends both fighters to their corners and Mitchell has 5 minutes to recover. He's OK now though... a thumbs up from Mitchell and we're back underway with a touch of gloves.

I would just about give that final round to Travis Mitchell.
I think Mitchell has won this one but let's see whether the judges agree with me. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
