The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Pardo bobbing and weaving, closes the distance and lands a hook to the side of Dee's head.
Dee looks really tired already! That doesn't bode well for a good, competitive fight!
Horrible takedown by Dee or perhaps it was just good defense by Pardo which made him look bad.
Pardo scores with a punch to the head.

It looks like Chuckie Dee has been cut.
Paul Pardo seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

Pardo closes the distance and clinches.
Pardo lands on the inside with an uppercut.
A short uppercut from Pardo.
A short right from Pardo.
Pardo wants to break the clinch but can't.
Pardo wants to get back to striking at distance but Dee won't allow it.
Pardo could do with loosing a few pounds - he looks very soft around the mid section, to put it politely.

Pardo breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.
Pardo cracks Dee with a nasty uppercut that draws ooohs from the crowd and sends Dee tumbling backwards onto the mat. He tries to recover but Pardo pounces and lands a hail of unanswered strikes that forces the referee to step in to end the fight! Dee is not happy but he gave the referee no choice!
