The judges for this bout are Daniel Blasius, Saam Ante and Paulsen Ambrosius.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Lewis throws a body kick that digs right into the meat.
Lewis closes this distance looking for a takedown but Viticello circles away.
Lewis ducks under an overhand right and circles away with a smile on his face.
We can't be sure of the tactics at this early stage but we have heard that Viticello has been working on his takedowns a lot in the buildup to the fight and we can only assume he's going to look to take this to the mat.
Viticello misses with a jab, cross combination.
Lewis moving in and out of range nicely, whilst landing the scoring shot.
It looks like Enzo Viticello has been cut.

and Viticello counters by moving into the clinch. Good anticipation by Viticello.
Lewis is looking to score with knees to the body. Maybe he'll change it up and go body then head. Viticello is defending well for now.
Lewis is working on a leg, looking for a takedown but Viticello is defending well.

We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Viticello pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat.
Oooooh!!! Viticello has knocked Lewis down with a huge combo! Viticello steps away and waves a wobbly Lewis back to his feet! This one might not go much longer!

Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

Viticello takes a hook to the side of the head. I wonder if that's got his ears ringing.

Lewis lands a vicious shot with the stealth of a sniper and the strength of a viper. Are vipers that strong? I can think of lots of things that are stronger than a viper - not many rhyme with sniper though.

Viticello tries to counter with a clinch but Lewis shakes him off and moves away.
Viticello ducks under a wild hook from Lewis.
Lewis lands a beauty of a right hand that gets the crowd cheering.

Viticello drops his hands and takes a jab to the jaw for his troubles.
Lewis drives through with a takedown into guard.
Viticello manages to escape and get back to his feet.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Viticello throws a nice looking combination but Lewis bobs and weaves to avoid any damage.
Lewis tries to work over Viticello's front leg with a kick but Viticello checks it.

Viticello avoids the head kick by Lewis.
Viticello lands a left and a right that send Lewis crashing to the mat, dazed. Viticello thinks about following him to the mat but decides to wave him back up to his feet!
Oh Lewis is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
Viticello connects with a left and a right that sees a clearly hurt Lewis covering up! Viticello comes in with a big uppercut and Lewis goes doooown! He's slumped up against the cage, eyes staring blankly into space.
