The judges for this bout are Ian Loll, Elvis Blanc and Robert Douchet.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Repine slaps away a takedown attempt from Garbrandt, before circling back to the center of the mat.
Repine looks to score with a jab to the body but Garbrandt is just out of range.
Repine uses good head movement to avoid the hook from Garbrandt.
Nice defenses there by Garbrandt.
A cross from Garbrandt lands.
Repine throws an overhand right that lands on Garbrandt's shoulder, as Garbrandt tries to avoid the shot.
Garbrandt takes a punch right to his stomach. That took the wind out of him momentarily.
Garbrandt's hands are dropping dangerously low here and Repine connects clean with a right hook that sends him down to one knee! Garbrandt scrambles back to his feet.
Garbrandt fakes an overhand right and shoots for a takedown. Repine sprawls well initially but Garbrandt persists and gets the takedown into half guard.
Repine is looking to improve his position.
Garbrandt is thinking about going for an arm triangle but he can't free his leg.
Garbrandt seems like he's working for an arm triangle here. He's freed his trapped foot and he's rotating nicely. Repine is in big trouble! He's tapping out! This one is aaaaaaaaaaaall over!

Cody Garbrandt spent the whole post fight interview bigging himself up. It didn't go down that well with the fans after a while as they thought it was a bit arrogant.
