Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Reginald Budgiehandler (ranked 210 p4p, 25 weight class) and Sakmongkol Sitsongrit (ranked 864 p4p, 96 weight class). Budgiehandler's entrance music is Jack White - Lazaretto. A fine choice. I don't know about you partner, but I'm pumped for this one!

Introducing the champion to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of

And introducing the challenger to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

6 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Sakmongkol Sitsongrit!
The judges for this bout are Aafke Stam, Paulsen Ambrosius and Wagner Zegers.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Sitsongrit misses with a body shot.
Budgiehandler throws a nice looking combination but Sitsongrit bobs and weaves to avoid any damage.
Budgiehandler checks the leg kick.
Sitsongrit's hands are dropping dangerously low here and Budgiehandler connects clean with a right hook that sends him down to one knee! Sitsongrit scrambles back to his feet.
Budgiehandler throws a jab, cross combination which is slipped
and Sitsongrit makes him pay by landing a nice hook to the body before moving out of range.
Sitsongrit steps to the side to avoid the strikes from Budgiehandler.
Sitsongrit now looks to counter with a shot at the body.
Budgiehandler connects with a leg kick. Sitsongrit looked like he was expecting something else and didn't defend it.

Budgiehandler has been working on his boxing with his coaches at McGrady FT in the buildup to the fight.
Budgiehandler tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Sitsongrit was well out of range. Poor timing from Budgiehandler.
Budgiehandler misses with a leg kick
and Sitsongrit cracks him with a counter punch right on the button.
Sitsongrit is looking to chop away at Budgiehandler's legs.
Budgiehandler tries to land a body kick
letting Sitsongrit counter with a right hand.
It looks like Reginald Budgiehandler has been cut.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
Budgiehandler throws a shot from downtown. Sitsongrit moves away and avoids it.
Sitsongrit looking to throw a kick but he's pulled out of it.
Sitsongrit bobs and weaves and then throws a good body kick.
Sitsongrit has his front leg slapped to the side - a nice low kick landing there from Budgiehandler.

Sitsongrit lunges in with an uppercut that skims his opponent's chin.
Budgiehandler is rocked!
Sitsongrit cracks Budgiehandler with a left hook right on the temple and Budgiehandler goes down! He's out! Referee! Stop the fight! Sitsongrit lands a few more punches before the dopey ref steps in - hopefully Budgiehandler is OK!

Sakmongkol Sitsongrit is the new featherweight champion!
Sakmongkol Sitsongrit decided to go for the less than humble approach in his post fight interview, telling everyone how he is going to conquer the world. The crowd seemed to like it when really that sort of approach could have gone either way.
Reginald Budgiehandler spoke after the fight, saying 'Good win, Tanaka. You earned your title back. Let's run it back sometime soon! '.
