It looks like Karim Chamakh has been cut.
The fighters circling - Karjalainen throws out the jab but it was never going to land.
Oh Chamakh is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
Karjalainen drops a shoulder and throws a monster hook that connects perfectly to the side of Chamakh's head, knocking him out cold! Karjalainen is extatic as he celebrates with his cornermen.
