We've been hearing reports that Hug has been drilling takedowns in recent sessions so let's see if that has an impact on the result of this fight.
Hug misses with a takedown attempt
and Sanchez counters with a right hand from hell and Hug is out cold! A vicious knockout!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:05 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Punch). Mark Sanchez!
Mark Sanchez decided to hype himself up post fight. It was going well but he went on about it a bit too long and the crowd turned on him a little.

Look low, kick high! Hug uses the oldest trick in the book to send Krynn tumbling to the canvas, in a truly brutal knockout! Hug is absolutely delighted - when Krynn wakes up, I doubt he'll be quite so happy!

A very excited looking Hades Hug rambled incoherently for about 5 minutes post fight about how awesome he is. It was kinda funny for a while but then everyone got annoyed.

Well, if Kueller is going to just lie there, perhaps we should talk about what we're having for dinner tonight… I'm having a ham and pineapple pizza… Yum. Can't wait.

Hug drops his hands for a split second and Anstey immediately capitalizes on the opportunity by smashing a powerful hook into Hug face, sending his mouthguard sailing through the air, much to the delight of the crowd. Anstey follows up with a right hand that knocks Hug into next week. He's out cold and this fight is over!

After the fight, Hades Hug was humble in paying tribute to his opponent but made it clear he wants to go on to bigger and better things. It seemed to go down well with the crowd who cheered him loudly.
Paul Uvol was interviewed post fight and said 'All I can do at this point is go back to the gym & fix the holes in my game & come back stronger next time.
