#R1# Flodder throws a right and a left that Fish avoids nicely. Flodder misses with a two punch combination.
Fish throws a nice outside leg kick. Flodder uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Fish.
Fish on the wrong end of a nice hook. Flodder lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Fish circles away quickly and effectively. Flodder works the jab nicely. Flodder throws a hook to the body but it doesn't connect.
Flodder has been spending a lot of time sparring his boxing in the run up to the fight, trying to sharpen up those hands and look for a knockout. Flodder throws a hook to the side of Fish's head but Fish sees it coming and ducks under it beautifully. Fish feinted with a counter takedown. Fish keeping his hands up high there, blocking the jab from Flodder. Fish throws a body shot but no joy. A little jabbing left from Flodder on the counter but it doesn't find it's target. Fish moves out of range of the strikes. Fish drops down looking for a counter takedown but Flodder sprawls and moves away. Fish slips a jab and a cross from Flodder.
Fish swung with a counter right hand that didn't connect. Flodder throws a series of punches but Fish moves out of range. This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff! Flodder throws a right hand that Fish ducks under and follows up with a left that Fish also avoids with ease. Fish connects with a leg kick. He turned his hip over nicely there. Fish connects nicely with a jab. Noted by the judges no doubt. The crowd cheers as Flodder lands an impressive looking overhand right. Fish's ground tactics aren't going to win him many fans. Flodder closes the distance and takes a jab right on the nose as he does so. Flodder stalks Fish and leaps in with a furious combination of punches. Uppercuts and crosses smash into Fish's face. Kees Flodder dominated that round. The cut man is working on Albert Fish's cut. That's the end of the interval. I'm sure that seemed a lot quicker than a minute for our two fighters! Back to the action. #R2# Flodder misses with a straight left. Fish seems to have got his legs back now. Fish uses decent footwork to sidestep a right hand from Flodder. Flodder lands with an uppercut that bounces Fish off the cage and back into range. Kees Flodder seems to be getting the better of the standup. Fish moves out of range as Flodder strikes. Fish lands a right hook to the body.
Fish moves his head to the side to avoid a jab but walks straight into a cross. Fish misses with a takedown attempt - Flodder sprawls well and throws a nice strike on the way out which just misses. Kees Flodder seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Fish walks into a jab. Flodder misses the shot to the body. As Flodder backs away, Fish returns fire with a leg kick that just misses. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Fish keeping his hands up high there, blocking the jab from Flodder. Fish really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape. Flodder bobs and weaves and throws out a fast jab that snaps Fish's head backwards. Fish moves out of range of the strikes. As Flodder looks to move away, Fish throws a big counter combo but Flodder just gets out of the way. Kees Flodder is looking to throw some combinations by the looks of things. Nice shot lands for Fish. We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out! Fish moves out of range of the strikes. That was a close second round but I would say that Albert Fish will probably get the nod. The cut man is working on Albert Fish's cut. The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action. This is the final round! #R3# Fish slips under a jab from Flodder. Making sure that My$tic Clothing ~ (`10%Laundry`) logo gets some air time is pretty tricky when you're all sweaty.
