Mies struggling a bit here. Permitis is putting a hurting on Mies here, landing some big shots from side control. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.#SUB2# Permitis wants to work for a kimura but he's foiled early by Mies, who protects the arm well. Mies is looking to slip a leg under and get half guard but Permitis is one step ahead and moves to full mount! Permitis pausing momentarily but resumes with a couple of decent strikes that do a bit of damage. Mies wants to hold on but Permitis pushes him away. Mies is breathing heavily. Mies is bucking up trying to escape but Permitis cracks him with another couple of good strikes. Mies throwing hammer fists to the chest of Permitis. What's that going to do exactly? The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here. Permitis controlling from the full mount. A very excited looking Francois Permitis made sure he remembered to thank all the fans both in the arena and on the internet. He said all the coolest people spend all day on MMA websites, which got a big reaction. Pit Mies was interviewed post fight and said 'I will be back stronger!'.

Jagerkokov tries to sprawl but it's too late and the fighters hit the mat. Permitis is in Jagerkokov's guard. Permitis is sitting in guard, working some ground and pound. Jagerkokov is trying to keep Permitis in close.
