Alicatti stumbles backwards against the cage. Ryan steps forward and delivers a right cross that connects with Alicatti's jaw, simultaneously knocking him out and sending his mouthpiece into the crowd! There's a worthy souvenir for the fans. This one is over folks. Alicatti just didn't come prepared.

Ryan lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but McDonald circles away quickly and effectively.
McDonald slips a straight right by Ryan.
Ryan ducks right into an uppercut from McDonald. #CUT#
It looks like Santos Ryan has been cut.
McDonald dodges the punch combination from Ryan.
Ohhhhh! A huge head kick from McDonald! Ryan is out on his feet! McDonald rushes in and throws more strikes. The ref is looking closely - Ryan is covering up but the punishment is just too much and the ref steps in to stop the fight! Ryan is staring into space, just thankful that the beatdown has ended. Brutal finish.

A lazy left from Knapp finds it's target.
Knapp throws out a loose jab but Ryan uses good head movement to avoid it.
Ryan wants to clinch up but Knapp keeps it at a distance.
Knapp throws a series of punches but Ryan moves out of range.
Ryan bobs and weaves and throws out a fast jab that snaps Knapp's head backwards.
Ryan misses with a double jab.
Knapp takes one on the chin but keeps coming.
Knapp misses with a head kick.
Ryan swings away with a counter right hand but no contact made.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
BOOM! Knapp lands a beautiful left hook that drops Ryan. Ryan tries to recover but Knapp is having none of it, landing more punishing shots from mount. One final crushing shot and Ryan lies motionless on the canvas. The fight is over!

Peter Knapp was full of energy after the big win and talked about how he thinks he can do big things in this sport. The crowd were appreciative of his determination to succeed.
