We can't be sure of the tactics at this early stage but we have heard that Kallio has been working on his takedowns a lot in the buildup to the fight and we can only assume he's going to look to take this to the mat. Madison scores with a sloppy punch to the body. Not much technique there but it did the business. Madison throws a nice inside leg kick. Kallio throws a quick inside leg kick. Madison throws a solid leg kick but Kallio takes the impact on his shin and smiles at Madison. Madison fakes with a right hand and throws a good leg kick, right into the thigh. That had to hurt Kallio. Tino Kallio seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Kallio throws a lazy body kick and he gets countered with a snapping leg kick.
