Nofud takes a step towards his opponent and connects with a left hand, before circling away.#CUT# It looks like Tat Moh has been cut. Moh blocks a jab. Moh thuds his right hand into Nofud's forehead from close range. That could be painful for both fighters. A big right from Moh misses. Nofud misses with a straight right. Moh takes one to the chin there. Nofud throws a poor cross that misses
#TD2# and Moh counters with a nice shoot takedown that brings the fighters to the ground. We could do with one of the fighters taking the initiative a bit more on the ground - they're both waiting to capitalize on a mistake. Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. Nofud can't keep his opponent in guard - Moh advances to half guard, no doubt looking to mount. Still in half guard, Moh seems content to control. It looks like Moh might be adopting somewhat of a lay and pray gameplan here, which I'm sure won't go down too well with the paying fans in attendance... Or the ring announcers come to think of it. Coming up we have a welterweight Tycoon World Grappling Championship rules bout between Tat Moh (ranked 4004 p4p, 393 weight class) and Rodney Smith (ranked 2329 p4p, 0 weight class). I'm sure you'll be fascinated to know that I was talking to some pointless Z list celebrity before the fight and he thought that Rodney Smith was going to win. Let's see if he was right.
This TWGC bout is 1 fifteen minute round in the welterweight division. Introducing today's competitors. In the red corner, competing out of New York, with a TWGC record of 7 wins and 5 losses; Tat Moh! And in the blue corner, fighting out of New York, with a TWGC record of 2 wins and 1 losses; Rodney Smith! The judges for this bout are Patrick Alders, Saam Ante and Paul Aken.
The fighters connect hands in the middle of the mat and we are under way. Smith darts in and clinches Moh up against the cage. Smith manages to pull guard.
Smith is looking for a guillotine. You can't force these things though and Moh defends well. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Smith keeping moving, preventing Moh from controlling successfully. Smith told us pre-fight that he has been working on his escapes in training. Let's see if he can call on some of his new skills to get back to his feet. Smith is looking for a triangle but Moh pushes his legs off easily.

Attila comes to the ring accompanied by Thunderstruck. Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the ring.

The official calls the fighters to the middle and the contest is under way. Moh moves into range and clinches up with Attila. Attila tightens his grip and picks Moh up, before dumping him to the ground. Moh manages to land in guard. Coming up we have a middleweight Tycoon World Grappling Championship rules bout between Doug Pattersson and Tat Moh. Pattersson comes to the cage accompanied by The Banana song Peel Banana. I can't wait for this one - let's get the fighter introductions out of the way and get this one started!

Moh lands with an elbow from half guard - that looked like it hurt. #T4# There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action. Aoki is working for an escape here. He's hooked one of Moh's legs and he's managed to sneak out and take Moh's back! Moh turns into Aoki and is now in his guard.

Moh throws a body kick but he was well out of range there. It seemed like Aoki was going to counter with the hook but didn't fully commit to it. A big right from Moh misses. The crowd thankful this round is nearly over. Aoki throws a combination but it was largely blocked by Moh. Moh throws a push kick but Aoki slaps the foot to one side. Moh throws a hook to the body but it doesn't connect.

#R1# Moh throws a chopping leg kick but Halo manages to avoid taking any serious damage. Halo takes a thudding leg kick, right into the meat of the thigh. Halo misses with a straight left. Halo throws a leg kick which misses Moh's front leg but catches the back leg as Moh tries to avoid it. Moh checks a low kick. Bone on bone - not my idea of a good time. Moh connects with a lovely right hand, straight down the pipe. Halo with a hook.#CUT2# It looks like Tat Moh has been cut. An inside leg kick lands from Halo. Moh chopped to the floor by a nice leg kick but he springs right back up before Halo can pounce on him.

The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out! Moh is looking to take a break and control but Halo is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom. Moh content to sit in half guard and control for a moment. Tat Moh seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Moh with poor footwork there. He got himself in a bit of a tangle, enabling Halo to score with a decent uppercut. Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. Moh throws a big shot that misses.#TD# Moh scores a trip takedown into side control. Nice. Moh working the ground and pound but Halo is defending the strikes. Moh tries to score with some ground and pound. Halo controls his posture well this time though and the shots don't do any damage. A close round but Michael Halo will probably get the nod. The cut man is working on Tat Moh's cut. That's the end of the round. The referee orders the cornermen out of the cage so we can get back down to business. #R2# Moh slips under a jab from Halo. Moh throws the left hand but Halo avoids the punch easily. The sound of bone on bone echoes around the arena as Moh checks a leg kick. Halo lands a really nice looking cross but Moh seems unphased.
Moh scores with a sloppy right hand. Halo should have avoided that one. Moh tries to clinch but Halo moves out of range. Moh punishes Halo's body with a nice straight punch. Moh scores with a nice looking left hook and follows it up with an uppercut!
