Coming up we have a middleweight Tycoon World Grappling Championship rules bout between Dakker Kane and Nathan Fisher. Fisher has chosen Wasiu - Bout 02 Blow as his entrance music, which hasn't gone down very well with the crowd. Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.
This TWGC bout is 1 fifteen minute round in the middleweight division. Introducing today's competitors. In the red corner, competing out of Tokyo, with a TWGC record of 0 wins and 1 losses; Dakker Kane! And in the blue corner, fighting out of Montreal, with a TWGC record of 0 wins and 0 losses; Nathan Fisher! The judges for this bout are Yuuki Gou, Sosuke Kotani and Yasuomi Hirokawa.
The official calls the fighters to the middle and the contest is under way. Fisher shoots in with a lovely double leg takedown. Kane manages to land in full guard to minimise the damage. Pierce takes one on the chin but keeps coming.
Pierce shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with Kane but Kane pushes him off and we're back to square one. Crunch! Kane slams his shin into Pierce's torso.#TD2# Pierce gets caught flat footed, as Kane shoots in with a quick takedown into guard. Pierce wants to get back to his feet but he's too absorbed in his own little project and Kane manages to pass to side control. #REVR# This has been an exciting period of action! Pierce wants to control but Kane is keeping busy.
