#R1# Bailey Sr. cracks a nice hook into Rogers's ribs. Bailey Sr. connects with a single shot there. Bailey Sr. misses with a two punch combination.
Bailey Sr. misses with a double jab.
Bailey Sr. swings wildly with a right hand that was never going to find it's target. Bailey Sr. lands a pitter patter jab to the forehead of his opponent. Bailey Sr. lands a jab, followed by a cross and another cross, as Rogers backs up against the ropes.
Bailey Sr. loads up on a big right hand but Rogers slips the punch. Bailey Sr. misses with a body shot.
Rogers drops down looking to force a counter takedown but Bailey Sr. defends it well. Rogers slips a straight right by Bailey Sr.. Rogers lands a jab to the head.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out! Rogers throws out a token jab with nothing on it. Bailey Sr. fakes a head punch and goes low to the body. Nicely done. Bailey Sr. keeps the fight standing with a nice sprawl. Bailey Sr. uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Rogers.
Bailey Sr. appears to be looking for a counter punch to the body. A looping hook to the body misses from Bailey Sr.. Rogers does a little dance to reset his feet.#T1# Bailey Sr. throws a body shot but no joy. Rogers shoots in but doesn't get the takedown and Bailey Sr. counters with a straight right hand. Bailey Sr. has been talking about how he's improved his wrestling in the run up to the fight so let's see if that's enough to sway the balance. Bailey Sr. listening to his corner there, landing a nice uppercut. Rogers takes a shot to the nose. Hopefully that hasn't broken it. A shot to the liver by Bailey Sr.. Beautiful body shot. Bailey Sr. displays some good footwork, moving neatly out of range as Rogers throws out the jab. #R1# Rogers will have to do better than that with his takedown attempts. Tetsuo keeps the fight standing with a nice sprawl. Tetsuo swings away with a leg kick that misses. Rogers shoots for a takedown but Tetsuo saw that one coming a mile off and avoided it easily. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Sam Rogers. That's going to take a lot out of him. Rogers steps to the side to avoid the strikes from Tetsuo. Rogers shoots in for a takedown but Tetsuo shows good takedown defense. #CL2# Tetsuo drives through and clinches with Rogers against the cage.
Tetsuo throws a head punch that misses. Tetsuo tries to land a shot to the body but it's blocked. Rogers is trying to drag Tetsuo to the mat but Tetsuo just about manages to keep his footing. He used the cage to his advantage there. Rogers blocks a punch to the side of the head.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Rogers tries to score a body lock takedown but Tetsuo shows good agility there to stay on his feet. Tetsuo lands with a left to the head. Tetsuo gets underhooks to prevent Rogers's takedown attempt.

Rogers looks more muscular than last time we saw him. He must have been on the weights. Rogers prevents Tisoaka from getting back to his feet. #ES# Tisoaka is edging up against the cage. He's using the cage to get back to his feet. Nice work there - the fighters are clinched. Rogers wants to push off and get back to the center of the mat but Tisoaka has him pressed against the cage. Tisoaka definitely looks more muscular than last time we saw him fight.#TD# Tisoaka has hold of one of Rogers's legs. Rogers is fighting the takedown attempt but Tisoaka gets the trip and lands the takedown into guard. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
