That was a close round but I would say that Jeffrey Miller will probably get the nod. Johnson is in a tricky position. We've heard reports from his gym mates at Barbell Brigade - $1000 that he's been drilling escapes, so let's see if he can get back to his feet. The referee is asking the fighters to pick up the pace. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Johnson will no doubt start fighting again in a minute but for now he's just having a little rest, leaning Karel up against the cage. Karel is trying to slow down the pace of the fight but Johnson is keeping busy. Karel throws an elbow that misses.
#TD2# Johnson has managed to pull guard. Let's see whether he can work an aggressive guard. It will also be interesting to see what tactics Karel uses from the top position. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Johnson tries to land a sweep but no joy. Belleville wants to control here, rather than go for any submissions from the bottom. At least for now. Belleville's ground tactics aren't going to win him many fans.
