Masters takes a head kick and keeps coming.
Schtrappe lands a vicious shot with the stealth of a sniper and the strength of a viper. Are vipers that strong? I can think of lots of things that are stronger than a viper - not many rhyme with sniper though.
Masters throws a low kick, looking for Schtrappe's leg but Schtrappe calmly moves out of range. A slapping leg kick lands for Schtrappe.
Masters misses with a low kick. Masters takes a thudding leg kick, right into the meat of the thigh. A low kick from Schtrappe is predictable there and Masters counters with a slapping leg kick. Masters tries to score with an inside leg kick but telegraphs it and Schtrappe is able to avoid easily.
And that's the end of the fight! I would just about give that final round to Jacque Schtrappe. Well Schtrappe has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 5 rounds of action, we go to the scorecards for a decision. Judge Chris Downing scores the fight 47:48 Judge Tiny Johnson scores the fight 45:50 Judge Alan Glass scores the fight 45:50
In favor of your winner, by unanimous decision... Jacque Schtrappe! Jacque Schtrappe is the new welterweight champion! Jacque Schtrappe tried to hype himself up post fight but didn't word it too well and it ended up with him sounding like a bit of a tool.
