No, Falwell has escaped the position, nice work there. Mullen is pausing for a moment. What's he doing? It looks like he's clearing his nose. Oh dude! He's shot a load of snot all down Falwell's shoulder. That is not cool. Mullen scores with a couple of short elbows. Mullen has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission. This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff! Geone throws a jab to the body, straight down the pipe. Boom. That sent Falwell stumbling backwards but he manages to regain his composure quickly. Falwell tries a switch kick but it misses it's target. Geone tries to drive through with a takedown attempt but Falwell defends well and Geone ends up having to push Falwell into the cage where they will battle it out in the clinch. Falwell stuffs a takedown. It's all about dictating where the fight takes place and Falwell wants it to stay on the feet. Falwell takes a big uppercut there. He seems a bit wobbly but no, he's OK.

He wants to try and finish this one on the feet!#ROC# Falwell is rocked!#CUT# It looks like Yahweh Falwell has been cut. Falwell looks really tired already! That doesn't bode well for a good, competitive fight! Falwell drops his hands momentarily and Specht needs no second invitation. He sets himself and throws a perfect high kick, that clips Falwell just on the top of the head. Falwell drops like a sack of potatoes to the canvas, out cold! Oooooooh yeah! Stick a fork in Falwell - he's done!

#R1# Farias lands with a slapping head kick. Falwell looks really tired already! That doesn't bode well for a good, competitive fight!#CL# Farias gets in close and instigates a clinch. We've been informed that Falwell has been sparring a lot of Muay Thai in the buildup to this fight so let's see if that has an impact on the result. Farias throws a vicious knee straight up the middle but Falwell blocks it with crossed arms. Farias putting his Muay Thai to good use. He has Falwell in a tight clinch and is doing some damage with knees to the body. Farias connects with a nasty looking knee right to Falwell's face.

Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. Farias jerks Falwell's head down, straight into the path of a devastating knee! Falwell drops to the floor in a crumpled heap! Farias goes to throw a finishing haymaker but pulls out - good sportsmanship from Farias because Falwell was completely out of it. That was a nice finish - just the right level of brutality to send everyone home happy.

Swift Jnr in side control lands a nice looking series of punches and elbows. He has the arm isolated but Falwell is keeping cool and he's avoided the danger for now. Falwell throws a lazy head kick and Burns counters with a left to the body. Falwell takes a shot to the body in his stride.
Falwell has been working on his boxing with his coaches at Cozad Amsterdam in the buildup to the fight. Burns stuns Falwell with a nice body shot, before stepping back out of range. A head kick by Falwell misses and Burns counters with a crisp hook to the side of the head. Burns looking to take his opponent's legs away with the low kicks.
Falwell tries a switch kick but it misses it's target. Falwell throws a lazy head kick and Burns counters with a slapping leg kick. Falwell walks straight into an uppercut. Luckily it didn't land flush. Burns connects with a looping left hand that seems like it dazed Falwell momentarily.

This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff! Landgren is punishing Falwell with strikes - can he finish him?! Landgren looks more muscular than last time we saw him. Oh dear, he should have come in in better shape than this! Falwell throws a sloppy head kick and Boormann moves out of range easily. #CL2# Boormann closes the distance and pushes Falwell back into the cage. Falwell takes a knee right on the jaw!

Falwell looks really tired already! That doesn't bode well for a good, competitive fight! Lim will no doubt start fighting again in a minute but for now he's just having a little rest, leaning Falwell up against the cage. Falwell tries to pull guard but Lim won't allow it.

Rizal is moving around nicely and scores here with a single head shot.#ROC# Falwell is rocked! Yahweh Falwell seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.#CL# Rizal gets a clinch. Oh dear, he should have come in in better shape than this! Falwell throws a head kick that misses letting Mendes counter with a right hand. #TD2# Mendes feints and as Falwell raises his hands in defense, Mendes changes levels and drives through with a takedown into guard. Mendes is frustrating his opponent with some stalling tactics from top position. Mendes's corner are shouting for him to control the position and he seems happy to oblige. Mendes landing some decent shots from guard. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Mendes is intent on slowing down the pace of the fight, simply looking to control. Mendes scores with a decent looking elbow strike.#T1# Mendes controlling from the top position.
