Coming up we have a super heavyweight Tycoon World Grappling Championship rules bout between Helio Kimura (ranked 13203 p4p, 0 weight class) and Poto Tupu (ranked 2328 p4p, 79 weight class). Tupu has chosen Youth Of The Nation as his entrance music. Man, I cannot wait for this one!

This TWGC bout is 1 fifteen minute round in the super heavyweight division. Introducing today's competitors. In the red corner, competing out of London, with a TWGC record of 5 wins and 7 losses; Helio Kimura! And in the blue corner, fighting out of New York, with a TWGC record of 4 wins and 2 losses; Poto Tupu!
The judges for this bout are Cecil Peabody, Chris Downing and Alan Glass.


The fighters bow as they face eachother in the middle of the mat and we are under way.
Tupu tries to drive through with a takedown attempt but Kimura defends well and Tupu ends up having to push Kimura into the cage where they will battle it out in the clinch.

We've been hearing good reports from Kimura's training camp. Apparently he has been rolling around with some good quality BJJ practitioners and has been sharpening his skills. Let's see if that has an impact on the fight today.

Shiroo feints and then dives in with a takedown. That was a long way out but the feint bought him enough time to close the distance and complete the takedown. Now we'll play guard for a bit and see who can get the better of that position.
