Romero ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Rinne moves away. Rinne jabbing away but nothing is landing. Romero seem to be loading up, looking for a big counter. Rinne moves out of range as Romero throws a body kick.
A big right from Rinne misses. Romero moves away from the strike by Rinne. Romero throws a hook to the body but it doesn't connect.

Rinne walks into a left hand. Rinne takes a jab right on the nose. That must have hurt but he shrugs his shoulders and looks to return the favor. Rinne throws a series of punches but Romero avoids them all with ease. Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show! Rinne throws a nice looking combination but Romero bobs and weaves to avoid any damage. It looked like Romero was looking amped, ready to throw a big counter but didn't commit.#T1# Rinne lands with a good body shot. Romero throws a hard body shot but it just misses.
That's a knee to de groin and it's over and out! Rinne crumples to the ground after an illegal strike from Romero - the referee stops the clock and Rinne gets 5 minutes to recover from that one. "I'm sorry" says Romero. Rinne manages to get back to his feet and the fight resumes. A low kick from Rinne misses and Romero counters with a series of strikes. Rinne will be more careful next time no doubt. Rinne takes a body punch but keeps moving. Rinne keeps his opponent at a distance with a nice jab.

Rinne scores with a straight right hand, right through his opponent's guard. Good exchange - Rinne coming out on top. Poli shoots in but doesn't get the takedown enabling Rinne to counter with a crisp jab. Poli goes for a double leg but Rinne avoids the attempt and the two fighters end up clinched against the cage as Rinne continues to drive forward. Edvin Rinne has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Oko Poli. Poli has his head snapped back a nice jab. A little nod from Poli there as he acknowledges the shot. Poli fails with the takedown and Rinne counters with a good right hand that lands right on the jaw. Poli misses with a takedown attempt. #R1##CL2# Rinne pushes Bryant up against the cage in a clinch. Our sources have told us that Bryant has been working on his elbows in the gym. Rinne working Bryant over with knees to the body. Rinne throws a knee to the head but misses.

Rinne working on landing some head shots here - that one got through nicely. Bryant wants to take the fight to the mat but Rinne manages to get underhooks and keep the fight in the clinch. Bryant tries to take the fight to the ground by pulling guard but can't manage it.

It's all about dictating where the fight takes place and Eisenberg wants it to stay on the feet. Eisenberg jabbing away but nothing is landing. Eisenberg throws a big shot that misses. Eisenberg lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Rinne circles away quickly and effectively. It seemed like Rinne was going to counter with the hook but didn't fully commit to it. Rinne takes a shot to the eye socket. That's gotta hurt. Rinne staying out of range there. A swing and a miss from Rinne. Rinne changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. and Rinne makes him pay by landing a nice hook to the body before moving out of range. Rinne slips a jab from Palmer. Rinne displays some good footwork, moving neatly out of range as Palmer throws out the jab. Rinne throwing a counter right hand but Palmer manages to avoid it. Palmer with a jab. The fighters circle momentarily. Palmer darts into range and connects with a nice straight punch. Palmer has been spending a lot of time sparring his boxing in the run up to the fight, trying to sharpen up those hands and look for a knockout. Rinne misses with a few strikes there.
