Wilkinson lunges in with an uppercut that skims his opponent's chin. No joy there for Wilkinson, who threw a few shots but didn't land.
Tupper is looking for a counter combo. Wilkinson jabbing away but nothing is landing. Tupper misses with a wild combination.
A little jabbing left from Wilkinson on the counter but it doesn't find it's target. Tupper blocks a jab. Tupper bobs and weaves well there to avoid the strikes. Tupper doesn't manage to clinch there - Wilkinson circles away.
Wilkinson comes forward and lands a shot to the body, then darts back out of range. Tupper tries to close the distance and clinch but Wilkinson swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away. Wilkinson keeps the fight on the outside. Rashad Wilkinson seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. Wow, both these guys are really going for it! Wilkinson lands a nice shot that snaps Barcos's head back.
