MC has been talking about how he's improved his wrestling in the run up to the fight so let's see if that's enough to sway the balance.
Patterson jumps guard but MC stands there with Patterson around his waist. Patterson gives up and drops back to his feet. We remain in the clinch.
MC lands an elbow just above Patterson 's eye.
Nice body punch from MC.
Patterson avoiding damage as MC throws knees to the body.
MC landing knees to the body. They look like they could hurt.
MC is trying to wear down his opponent with knees to the body.

Patterson shoots in looking for a takedown. Willis tries to sprawl out of it but Patterson keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Willis manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.
Willis lands a jab, followed by a cross and another cross, as Patterson backs up against the cage. #CL#

Willis breaks the clinch.
Patterson takes one on the chin but seems OK.
Willis stuffs a takedown. It's all about dictating where the fight takes place and Willis wants it to stay on the feet.
Patterson shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has Willis pinned against the cage. Willis gets the underhooks and manages to circle away.
Dom Willis has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Gordon Patterson.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Willis throws a nice looking combination but Patterson bobs and weaves to avoid any damage.

Willis lands a hook that stumbles Patterson back into the cage. Willis follows up with a straight and another hook that land right on the button, dropping Patterson to the canvas! Willis pounces and lands several unanswered shots - Patterson has had enough and taps out! This one is all over!
