Gunvaldsson drops Kalakoda with a hook right on the temple. He thinks about going to the ground but Kalakoda looks back up at him and smiles so Gunvaldsson waves him back to his feet - he obviously thinks he can knock him out after that shot landed.

It looks like Motoumba Kalakoda has been cut.
Kalakoda tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but Gunvaldsson paws at him with a jab and circles away.
Gunvaldsson stuffs the takedown attempt from Kalakoda. Kalakoda gets slowly back to his feet. #KD#

This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Kalakoda shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has Gunvaldsson pinned against the cage. Gunvaldsson gets the underhooks and manages to circle away.

Leone throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.

and Kalakoda counters with a takedown into side control! That could mean trouble for Leone!
We could do with one of the fighters taking the initiative a bit more on the ground - they're both waiting to capitalize on a mistake.
Kalakoda fails to land a wild elbow strike.
Leone parries the strikes from Kalakoda easily there. Kalakoda is wary of posturing up too much because it might enable Leone to escape.

Kalakoda tries for an arm triangle. That looks pretty tight to me. Is this one over!?! Possibly, maybe, no Kalakoda has let go of the choke. Obviously it wasn't as tight as we thought!
Kalakoda throws a knee to the body but it doesn't do much damage.
Kalakoda will need to keep those long limbs tucked in whilst he's on the ground, to prevent any submissions.#SUB#

Leone is tapping like a morse code operator on the titanic! SOS! SOS! Kalakoda lets go of the hold and Leone can pop his arm back in it's socket.
