#R1##TD# Svensson gets caught flat footed, as Humm shoots in with a quick takedown into guard. Humm landing some decent shots from guard. Humm advances to half guard. Svensson on the receiving end of some nice ground and pound. Humm trying to pass the guard but Svensson defending well. #SUB# Humm looking for a kimura but he'll have to free his other leg if he wants to finish that. Perhaps he's just using it as a distraction technique.
#SUB# Humm is looking for a kimura. It's going to be difficult to finish that from half guard though and Svensson defends it well. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Humm cracks Svensson with a nasty head shot there - the crowd let out an audible gasp there, as the noise reverberated around the arena.

He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission. Humm throws some sloppy strikes off his back.

#T4# Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it.#SUB# Humm escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. Svensson gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance. #SUB# Humm is looking for a guillotine. You can't force these things though and Svensson defends well. Humm looking to control the pace of the fight rather than finish it. The crowd thankful this round is nearly over. Svensson is just sitting in guard, looking to avoid any submissions. #R1# Lee misses with an uppercut. Humm saw that one coming. Humm shoots in for a takedown but Lee shows good takedown defense. Donk. Lee catches Humm right on the button with a cross. Humm shoots for a double leg takedown but Lee sprawls well. He's pushed Humm's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily. Humm seems to be moving with more speed, compared to his last bout. He must have been working on that in the gym. No luck for Humm with that takedown attempt. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Rickard Humm. That's going to take a lot out of him. Lee works Humm's body with a nice hook. Nice straight punches there by Lee. You know Roy Jones Jr respects the hands of Lee. Nice takedown defense from Lee. No joy for Humm on that attempt. Humm fails with a takedown attempt from distance. Humm shoots in looking for a takedown but Lee manages to keep the fight standing, pushing Humm's face into the canvas for good measure before circling away. Nice shot lands for Lee. Lee stuffs a takedown. It's all about dictating where the fight takes place and Lee wants it to stay on the feet.#TD# Humm looking to score a takedown here. Lee is defending well but Humm drives through and ends up in Lee's guard. This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff! No, Humm has escaped the position, nice work there. #T4# Humm manages to get one leg in to regain half guard. Humm tries to get to full guard but Lee has control of the leg. Humm is looking to get back to full guard here but Lee has managed to pass to side control instead.#SUB2# Lee wants to work for a kimura but he's foiled early by Humm, who protects the arm well. Humm struggling a bit here. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Morrison Lee dominated that round. That's the end of the round. The referee orders the cornermen out of the cage so we can get back down to business. #R2# Lee scores with a head kick. Humm tried to block it but didn't get his arm up in time. Humm shoots for a double leg takedown but Lee sprawls well. He's pushed Humm's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily. Lee has been the more effective fighter overall so far. Lee uses good footwork to get in and out, landing a nice hook. Lee has been working on his striking defense in training and it's paying off as Humm is landing a low percentage of strikes. Humm tries to move into range but Lee moves to the side and lands with a nice right hand. Humm shoots in and drives through. Lee sprawls well. Humm takes an uppercut right on the jaw but it doesn't phase him. No luck with that takedown attempt from Humm. It seemed like Lee was going to counter with the hook but didn't fully commit to it.
