Brown is trying to work a guillotine from the top, or something like that? Don't know how he thinks he's going to get a finish from there.
Brown is just sitting in guard, looking to avoid any submissions.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.#SUB#
Brown drops back for a leg! It's a sloppy attempt though and Brown jumps back into guard quickly, to retain the dominant position.

Shinra is trying to buck Brown off.

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Brown is working to tighten his grip on Shinra's neck. He's isolated an arm and is working for an arm triangle. Shinra has recognised the danger and is trying to turn with the submission but Brown is really squeezing tight and eventually Shinra passes out! Brown breaks the hold and jumps onto the cage to celebrate! Submission of the night, I'd say!

As Tyson Brown got his breath back, he grabbed the microphone and managed to blurt out the following: A Morphological Examination of Sympatric Cisco Forms in Four Lakes with Specific Reference to the Occurrence of Shortjaw Cisco ( Coregonus Zenithicus) in Manitoba...'.

Munchkin seems to be taking a bit of a break to think of his next move. He lands a short punch in the meantime.

Shinra knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Munchkin on the ground.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Munchkin lands a big elbow - Shinra is out of it! He's waving his arms around but his eyes are closed and he's not intelligently defending himself - the ref has no choice but to jump in and stop the fight! This one is in the books! A TKO win for Munchkin!

Shinra takes a shot to the nose. Hopefully that hasn't broken it.
Carter scores with a sloppy punch to the body. Not much technique there but it did the business.
Carter jabs at Shinra's body.

It looks like Tanuki Shinra has been cut.
Carter lands a slapping body shot.
Carter throws a right hand that Shinra ducks under and follows up with a left that Shinra also avoids with ease.
Shinra takes a shot right to the bread basket.
We've been told by Carter's head coaches at Mist Of Pandaria that he's been working on his takedown defense in preparation for this fight.
Carter takes a swing at Shinra's ribcage but misses.
Shinra is loading up here, looking for a big counter of his own.
Carter's jab looks to have found its range, popping Shinra under the eye.
Carter fakes low and throws an overhand right that catches Shinra on the side of the head.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Carter lands a vicious shot with the stealth of a sniper and the strength of a viper. Are vipers that strong? I can think of lots of things that are stronger than a viper - not many rhyme with sniper though.
Carter lands with a shot to the body.
Carter stooping low to avoid any incoming strikes and then lunges in with an uppercut come cross that lands flush.
Carter tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Shinra was well out of range. Poor timing from Carter.
Shinra throws a leg kick but he was too far away and it doesn't land.#T1#

Carter scores with a decent looking hook.
Carter misses with a two punch combination.

Carter lands an overhand left. A wild punch that just about connected.
Carter takes a step towards his opponent and connects with a left hand, before circling away.

Shinra looks winded!
Carter lands a right hook to the body.
Shinra takes one on the chin but seems OK.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

A slow jab from Easterly misses its intended target.
Shinra bobs and weaves well there to avoid the strikes.
Easterly slips under a jab from Shinra.
Shinra throws a monster uppercut resembling something out of street fighter but it doesn't land.
Easterly with the counter takedown but Shinra avoids it easily.
Shinra with poor footwork there. He got himself in a bit of a tangle, enabling Easterly to score with a decent uppercut.
Shinra uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Easterly. #TD2#
Easterly closes the distance and scores a nice trip takedown into half guard. Shinra did well to prevent Easterly getting side control.#SUB2#
Easterly is trying for a guillotine from the top but the pressure isn't in the right place so Shinra is just riding it out for now. Easterly eventually gives up the hold. #SUB2#
Easterly is working for a submission here. He's got hold of the far side arm and he's looking for a kimura. He's cranking on the arm and he's got it! Shinra is tapping out! Ouch, that looked like it hurt!

Gamero misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.
A slapping leg kick lands for Gamero.
Shinra throws the left hand but Gamero avoids the punch easily.
Gamero defending well as Shinra loads up on a big left hand.
A clash of legs there as Gamero blocks the low kick.
Gamero ducks under a wild hook from Shinra.
Tanuki Shinra seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Gamero misses with a low kick.
Gamero throws a leg kick but he was too far away and it doesn't land.

Wow, both these guys are really going for it!

Tanuki Shinra's cut is absolute horrible now. This looks like something out of a horror film with blood covering both fighters.

The referee calls the doctor in to look at Tanuki Shinra's cut. Oh no, the doctor has called an end to the bout!

Roko Gamero was full of energy after the big win and talked about how he thinks he can do big things in this sport. The crowd were appreciative of his determination to succeed.

Lorenzo feints and then dives in with a takedown. That was a long way out but the feint bought him enough time to close the distance and complete the takedown. Now we'll play guard for a bit and see who can get the better of that position.#SUB#

Lorenzo seems to have locked his on tight now - Shinra screams in pain and taps out furiously! It certainly was a high risk move but it's paid off for Lorenzo, as he picks up the win!

Book working away diligently from side control. Landing strikes effectively there - that will score him some points on the judges scorecards.
Book cracks Shinra with an elbow. That is naaassty.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
The referee asks Book politely if he wouldn't mind getting on with it and actually doing something. Book prefers to stall for the moment though.
Book has knee on belly and now moves to full mount! Trouble for Shinra!
