Cox looks shocked there as he takes a right hand to the temple.
Karlsson will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.

Karlsson drops Cox with a huge uppercut! Cox drops to the floor like a sack of potatoes. Karlsson is raining down punches and the ref stops the fight! This one is all over!
