#R1# Andrei has his front leg slapped to the side - a nice low kick landing there from Raza. Andrei misses with a double jab
letting Raza counter with a right hand. Raza scores with a big left there. The judges will like that one. Andrei throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle. Andrei tries to clinch but fails miserably and Raza counters with a crisp hook to the side of the head. #CL2# Andrei gets to the clinch - let's see what his plan is here. Andrei pushes off an throws an elbow but Raza leans to the side and avoids it. We're back to clinching against the cage. Andrei is looking to score with knees to the body. Maybe he'll change it up and go body then head. Raza is defending well for now. A short uppercut from Raza. Raza lands with a left to the head. We've been hearing reports that Raza has been drilling takedowns in recent sessions so let's see if that has an impact on the result of this fight.#TD2# Andrei pulls guard. The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so! Andrei looking to hit a scissor sweep but Raza is one step ahead there. Raza trying to control the position from guard on top but Andrei is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.#T1##SUB2# Andrei is looking to cinch up a triangle. Raza throws the leg off to one side though and gets in tight to Andrei's body to avoid the submission. Andrei has instead reached around Raza's neck and now has a guillotine! Oh, this is biiiig trouble! Andrei arches his back and squeezes and forces the tap from his hapless opponent.

#R1# Tiyapairat lands a right hook to the body.
Andrei shoots for a double leg takedown but Tiyapairat sprawls well. He's pushed Andrei's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily. Tiyapairat throws a head kick that half lands.
Kurt Andrei seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Tiyapairat misses with a head kick.
Tiyapairat jabs. That one connects to the head of his opponent.
Andrei looks frustrated there after his takedown attempt is stuffed easily. Tiyapairat stuffs the takedown attempt from Andrei. Andrei gets slowly back to his feet. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Kurt Andrei. That's going to take a lot out of him. Andrei misses with a takedown and Tiyapairat counters with a three punch combination, finished off with a leg kick. Nice work. Horrible takedown attempt by Andrei or perhaps it was just good defense by Tiyapairat, which made it look bad. Tiyapairat looks like he wanted to counter with a high kick but didn't throw it. Andrei is breathing heavily. Good exchange - Tiyapairat coming out on top. The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.#KD2# Tiyapairat lands a big head kick that sends Andrei tumbling to the mat! Tiyapairat takes a step backwards and waves Andrei back to his feet - he wants the finish!#ROC2# Andrei is rocked!#CUT2# It looks like Kurt Andrei has been cut. Andrei walks into a straight right, dropping him to the canvas! Tiyapairat swarms him and finishes the fight with a hail of punches! What a brutal finish!

#R1# Andrei fails with a takedown attempt. Andrei gets his takedown attempt stuffed easily and Ward counters with a stiff right hand. Andrei looks for a takedown here. Will he get it? Ward is fending him off so far but Andrei persists. Nope, Ward circles away and we're back to standing. Andrei backing away here, and Ward unleashes a leg kick that just misses. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Kurt Andrei. That's going to take a lot out of him. Ward lands with a good body shot. Andrei fails miserably with a takedown attempt. Ward stuns Andrei with a nice body shot, before stepping back out of range. Ward scores with a crisp jab that stopped Andrei in his tracks. Ward ducks low and lands a nice hook to the body of his opponent. Andrei is breathing heavily. Ward catches Andrei with a nice straight right. He seems pissed - ooooh, it's on now! On like donkey kong! Ward lands a jab to the nose. This has been an exciting period of action! Nice sprawl there from Ward as Andrei shoots in. Ward with a nice cross. Andrei with a poor takedown and Ward counters with a straight right hand. Ward scores with a big left there. The judges will like that one. Ward thuds his right hand into Andrei's forehead from close range. That could be painful for both fighters.#ROC2# Andrei is rocked! Ward moves in close and cracks Andrei with a massive right hand! Andrei, frozen momentarily in time, tumbles to the canvas, already out cold! A brutal knockout by Ward!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:05 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Punch). Chris Ward! Chris Ward decided to hype himself up post fight. It was going well but he went on about it a bit too long and the crowd turned on him a little.

#R1##TD2# Andrei shoots in looking for a single leg takedown. Tavares is trying to defend but Andrei finishes it well and ends up in half guard. Let's see if he can advance position further. The fighters are battling for position here. Tavares manages to regain full guard. Nice work. #SUB# Tavares looking for submissions off his back, moving his hips, looking for an opening.
Tavares controls Andrei momentarily but Andrei frees himself. Andrei must be cautious of submissions here, given that his opponent has the superior Jiu Jitsu.#SUB# Andrei is trying to tuck his arms in to keep them safe but Tavares has managed to isolate one of them and has got a loose triangle. Andrei is looking to defend but Tavares has done well to lock his legs together - this could be big trouble for Andrei! Tavares pulls down on the head and a little smile comes across his face - he knows he's got it. Yep, Andrei taps out and this one is all over!
