Ado is trying to drag Murphy to the mat but Murphy just about manages to keep his footing. He used the cage to his advantage there.
Ado is looking to take this one to the mat.
Murphy gets double underhooks to prevent a takedown attempt from Ado.
Brandon Murphy has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Tom Ado.
Murphy wants to strike at distance but he can't break free of the clinch.

and Murphy scores with a counter punch that sends Ado to the canvas! Murphy smells blood - he's punishing Ado with more strikes and the ref has stopped it! Ado has no idea where he is - he's tackled the ref... oh dear, poor guy, the crowd is in hysterics!

Ado misses with a takedown attempt
and Murphy counters with a series of strikes. Ado will be more careful next time no doubt.
Murphy fakes a right and follows up with a big left that drops Ado to one knee - oooooh, he's wobbly! Ado looks to clinch but Murphy throws him off and pummels him into the canvas! Ado taps out under the strikes! The fight is over!

A relieved looking Brandon Murphy thanked the fans for their support and gave the usual line about them being amazing. They seemed to believe that he actually meant it.
