Too tries to counter with a takedown but Sakurai is quick to defend against it. Sakurai lands a body shot.
Too has been working on his boxing with his coaches at Restricted area in the buildup to the fight.#TD# Too scores with a takedown into Sakurai's guard. Sakurai wants to sweep but no luck. Too throws an elbow that misses. Sakurai uses the momentum to reverse the position. He's now in Too's guard. Nice move by Sakurai!#REVB# Sakurai wants to stand but Too is controlling his posture from full guard. Sakurai is frustrating his opponent with some stalling tactics from top position.#T1# Sakurai trying to pass the guard but can't manage it just yet. Hideo Sakurai seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Sakurai moves into range and throws a combination. A nice jab followed by a hook to the body. Sakurai lands with a nice combination. Too backs away looking to recover.#T3# Too tries for a takedown but Sakurai circles away easily and Sakurai counters with a huge left! Too is in big trouble! He's backing up but Sakurai isn't giving him chance to recover. Under a barage of punches the ref has to step in to save Too from any more damage. A dominating finish by Sakurai!

After the fight, Hideo Sakurai was humble in paying tribute to his opponent but made it clear he wants to go on to bigger and better things. It seemed to go down well with the crowd who cheered him loudly.

Too pushes Sven against the cage but Sven circles to the side and manages to break the clinch. Too dives in for a single leg takedown but Sven sprawls and the fighters end up clinched against the cage. Sven throws a counter high kick but Too was just alert enough to avoid it. Fin Sven has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Dyson Too. Too shoots in but doesn't get the takedown and Too takes a counter punch right on the button for his troubles. Too goes for a double leg but Sven avoids the attempt and the two fighters end up clinched against the cage as Sven continues to drive forward. Sven swung with a counter punch to the body but it didn't connect. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Too closes this distance looking for a takedown but Sven circles away.#TD# Sven closes the distance and gets a double leg, slamming Too to the mat! Too manages to get full guard. Sven not doing a lot at the moment. He'll have to show some more aggression or the fight will get stood up. #TD2# Too looking to shoot here. He's gone for it and he's landed a takedown into side control! Oh, that's bad for Tatli! The strikes coming from Too are missing the target in this wave of attacks. Too lands some shots froms side control. Too working away. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Too working the strikes but Tatli uses the opportunity to regain half guard. Tatli is working for an escape here. He's hooked one of Too's legs and he's managed to sneak out and take Too's back! Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show! Tatli biding his time, controlling Too. #T1# Tatli is punishing Too with some ground and pound.
