Coming up we have a heavyweight Tycoon World Grappling Championship rules bout between Peyshard Fromastus and Johnny Jones. Buckle up people - heeeeeeeeeere we go!

Let's get this grappling contest under way! Who will be victorious? Jones fails to land the takedown. Fromastus drops down looking for a counter takedown but Jones sprawls and moves away. Jones has taken the fight to the clinch.
Fromastus is trying to drag Jones to the mat but Jones just about manages to keep his footing. He used the cage to his advantage there. Fromastus wants a takedown.

Fromastus says something to him but it's hard to make out. Perhaps he's telling him to get on with it and actually do something. Fromastus is trying to control but Jones manages to pass to mount!

We could do with one of the fighters taking the initiative a bit more on the ground - they're both waiting to capitalize on a mistake. Jones sitting in mount, just looking to control for the moment.

That's six minutes gone in the round. Fromastus is writhing around trying to get back to his feet. Jones content just to control the position here. Let's hope that Jones has the urge to step up the pace any second now because for the last 15 or 20 seconds he's just been holding on tight. Fromastus is desperately trying to get back to half guard.

That's seven minutes gone in the round. It looks like Jones might be adopting somewhat of a lay and pray gameplan here, which I'm sure won't go down too well with the paying fans in attendance... Or the ring announcers come to think of it.

Jones takes a little breather and maintains the position. The referee will be looking for him to stay active from such a dominant position though.

That's eleven minutes gone in the round. Fromastus holds on for dear life, controlling Jones's posture momentarily. Jones controlling the pace for now. Fromastus is in a tricky position but he's been working on his transitions down at Blood Gang, so we'll see if he gets out of it.
