After the fight, Yancy Spleeth was humble in paying tribute to his opponent but made it clear he wants to go on to bigger and better things. It seemed to go down well with the crowd who cheered him loudly.

Pierce wants to stand back up but Spleeth manages to pass into side control.

Pierce throws a few rabbit punches from the bottom. Spleeth was waiting for it though - now Pierce's arm is in the perfect position for an arm triangle - he's tightening it up and Pierce is forced to tap out before he takes a nap! Very clever counter grappling there from Spleeth!

Yancy Spleeth decided to go for the less than humble approach in his post fight interview, telling everyone how he is going to conquer the world. The crowd seemed to like it when really that sort of approach could have gone either way.

Pierce tries to close the distance and clinch but Roger swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away.
Pierce tries a low kick but Roger avoids it.
Roger jabs. That one connects to the head of his opponent.
Roger with a nice cross.
Pierce tries to clinch up.
Roger stuffs the takedown.
Pierce misses with a takedown attempt. He shot from a bit too far out.
Roger is trying to avoid his opponent's strikes and get into the clinch.
A jab from Roger finds it's way through Pierce's defenses.
Pierce throws a head kick but Roger moves out of range.

Pierce gets clipped by a big right hand and goes down spinning to the canvas! Roger gets the back mount and begins to drop bombs on his rocked foe! Pierce is too out of it to defend against the strikes and the referee jumps in to save him from the beatdown!

Kane has worked his way into a potential kimura here. Pierce is trying to get out of the position but his squirming has just got him deeper into trouble. Kane yanks on the arm and Pierce is forced to tap due to a very painful looking submission! Nice work by Kane.

Kane takes a step towards his opponent and connects with a left hand, before circling away.
Kane pulls out of a head kick attempt.
Pierce takes one on the chin but keeps coming.
Pierce shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with Kane but Kane pushes him off and we're back to square one.
Crunch! Kane slams his shin into Pierce's torso.#TD2#
Pierce gets caught flat footed, as Kane shoots in with a quick takedown into guard.
Pierce wants to get back to his feet but he's too absorbed in his own little project and Kane manages to pass to side control. #REVR#
This has been an exciting period of action!

Trejo has the superior BJJ but he's also working some ground strikes into his gameplan.

Pierce knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Trejo on the ground.
Trejo seems to be taking a bit of a break to think of his next move. He lands a short punch in the meantime.
