Ortega dives into side control looking to finish. #ROC# Psie is rocked!#CUT# It looks like Kurwie Psie has been cut. The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here. Psie wants to get back to his feet. Psie is still in real trouble! Can Ortega finish him? Psie seems to have recovered his senses. Ortega cracks Psie with an elbow. That is naaassty. Ortega cracks Psie with an elbow. That is naaassty. Psie told us pre-fight that he has been working on his escapes in training. Let's see if he can call on some of his new skills to get back to his feet. Ortega has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission. Psie wants to get back to his feet. A bit of a lull in the action. I'm sure it will pick up again soon... even if the ref has to physically pick them up and put them back on their feet. Ortega working the ground and pound from side control. Psie takes a big shot right to the temple there but he's taken it well.

Ortega in side control lands a nice looking series of punches and elbows. Ortega scoring with punches from side control. We've been hearing that Ortega has been drilling a lot of ground and pound in training, so let's see if he get the finish. Ortega lands a nice forearm strike. Psie wants to get back to his feet but Ortega drags him back down. Ortega is staying tight to Psie's torso, preventing him from escaping. Ortega lands a strong strike to the head of Psie. That's dazed him! Ortega looking to finish here. Psie is waving his arms around trying to block but he's hurt badly - Ortega lands more strikes and the referee steps in to end the fight!
