A head kick misses from Colombo. And an attempted straight right on the counter from Smith! But no joy. Colombo tries a switch kick but it misses it's target. Colombo goes to the watering hole and comes back with a big thumbs up from the judges as he scores a three punch combo.#ROC# Smith is rocked! Smith dips to his left and cracks Colombo with an uppercut! Colombo throws out a powerful jab. Smith is still on wobbly legs! Can Colombo finish him? Smith shoots in for a takedown. "I don't think so" says Colombo as he avoids it easily. Colombo lands with a cross. We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out! Colombo will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.
Smith shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has Colombo pinned against the cage. Colombo gets the underhooks and manages to circle away. Colombo shoots in for a takedown but Smith shows good takedown defense there and keeps this one on the feet. Smith seems to have recovered his senses. Colombo connects with a lovely jab that went straight through the gap between Smith's hands.#CL2# Smith closes the distance and presses his opponent up against the cage. #T1##TD2# Smith gets a nice trip takedown into half guard. The pace slowing considerably in the clinch, as Smith takes a break from that fighting nonsense to think about the finer things in life. Colombo lands a hook to the side of the head. TupperII stopping the sweep attempt from Smith. TupperII wants to control from the top but Smith keeps moving. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Smith avoiding any damage from the ground and pound. Smith avoiding any damage from the ground and pound. Smith controlling the position. Smith wants to stand up but TupperII is controlling him. Smith has a closed guard, preventing anything of note from happening. Perhaps he's looking to stall. Smith working a defensive guard here.

We all know that wrestlers don't like being on their back so let's see if Smith tries to get out of the position. Aigaios lands a vicious shot with the stealth of a sniper and the strength of a viper. Are vipers that strong? I can think of lots of things that are stronger than a viper - not many rhyme with sniper though.

Smith tries to score a body lock takedown but Aigaios shows good agility there to stay on his feet. Smith is trying to drag TupperII to the mat but TupperII just about manages to keep his footing. He used the cage to his advantage there. Smith definitely looks more muscular than last time we saw him fight. TupperII fails to pull the fight into his guard.

Campbell uses good footwork to get in and out and land a nice right hand before Smith has time to react.#TD2# Smith drives through with a really nice takedown into side control. Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. Campbell taking punishment in the form of punches.
