Both fighters are only really looking to counter, so after a good 30 seconds of circling eachother endlessly, the referee has stepped in and told them both to be more aggressive.
Pindolov cracks a nice hook into Garnett's ribs.
Garnett tries a head kick but it misses.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Some bone on bone action there as Pindolov checks a low kick. Luckily it wasn't a particularly hard one.
Garnett pushes forward with a 1-2 combination that forces Pindolov back to the cage. Garnett follows up with a solid lead hook to the liver.#T1#
